With a 55 seat Dem majority in the House and a fillibuster-proof Senate, I thought the Democrate now have 58 seats in the Senate, which would leave them two seats shy of a filibuster-proof majority.

Yikes, that’s bad.
Especially with RINOs, they are effectively fillibuster-proof if they have that many.
