Today was the hardest day of my life (PUMA Democrat votes GOP)
Ex-Hillary Clinton Supporters for John McCain ^ | November 4, 2008 | Ed Hale

Posted on 11/04/2008 1:10:44 PM PST by 2ndDivisionVet

Yes I went and voted today. For the first time in my life, I voted for a straight republican ticket. On the way to the polls I kept asking myself if I could vote for Obama as I have always been a Democrat. Could I be loyal to the Democrat party. When I sat down and looked at that ballot, I realized that I had no choice but to vote for the republicans. After I turned in my ballot and left the polling place, I got sick at my stomach. I realized that I was no longer a Democrat but now a Republican. This goes against everything that I have stood for all my life. Yes today was the saddest day of my life. It was like leaving home for the 1st and last time, I cut the strings that attached me to the Democrat party. I am hoping for a McCain victory, but if it does not happen, then I am content with my decision. God Save America

That's a pretty good list — even though it leaves out a lot.

This election will be remembered as a milestone:

1. Many friends/acquaintances who voted differently — will grow apart, since the choice in this election goes much deeper than cosmetic or legislative issues...... This election is about sustaining the Constitution, respect for the Law and National Security.

2. Congress Critters will view an Obama victory, together with control of both houses as a “mandate” to suppress opposition and implement a Leftist agenda that will cause corpses in our Military Cemeteries to roll in their graves.

3. Reversal of the totalitarian excesses will likely require violence..

I sympathize. My Mom, not just a Democrat, but a Dixiecrat, changed parties when LBJ was selected for Kennedy's VP. Her family had been Dems since they came here from Ireland. She knew what a crook LBJ was, so Dad took her to the Election Board and she became a Republican. She cried on and off that whole day.

Hillary is as bad or worse than Obama.

It'd be a bit of a stretch to say that Hillary is worse than obama. Maybe they are equal. I don't know.

Maybe it's just a matter of who knows better to keep their mouths shut and when.

My mistake, I was asking the PUMA why she would pick McCain over Obama, but would pick Hillary over McCain.

I hope I never live to see again homeless thugs, drunks, and tweakers, dragged out of the gutter, driven to the polls to register and vote-—on the same day! There is a reason folks are supposed to have an ADDRESS to vote!

Another shocker: Black Panthers (another group endorsing Obama), one wielding a billy club, blocking the doors to a polling place. I would have NEVER believed I'd see it! One is forced to wonder, if Obama should win, will he pull a Hitler and get rid of his thugs.

It appears the majority of Americans have chosen a new god....and reelected some of the most despicable assholes in Congress — namely Murtha..

We'll now see if Americans have become so “civilized” that they can be cooked slowly into slavery.

It kills me to see a nation so many have died or sacrificed to make what it is — turned over to Communist barbarians and lecherous black racists... It's going to be tougher - but, Semper Fi

Not as much as I've overrated the intelligence of most Americans...

Most Americans proved tonight they aren't very bright.....in fact, they act suicidal.

Perhaps once America experiences the new few years, and take notice of the folks in charge - we can have a purge that will look very much like both a racial and ethnic purge of Congress Critters...

For too long — Americans ignored the preposterous behavior.

if all this is true on a national scale (and I fear it is not—because of many of the vote tallies) then I fear one of three things is possible:

1-The active PUMAs that backed Hillary could not deliver the votes for McCain-Palin, either some stabbed us in the back or got cold feet for voting Republican, or they couldn’t convince enough of their friends and family to vote Republican

or

2-A great deal of massive electoral fraud that put Obama over the top in key states in such a way that the very sanctity of the ballot can be called into question in states like Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida, Virginia, etc (ie. ACORN did its job).

or
3-Many conservative Republicans stayed home—or themselves knifed McCain-Palin by voting for Ralph Nader, Bob Barr or Chuck Baldwin.

repost this if you can in other articles...

and may God help America
