Even Joe the Plumber is writing McCain off. Say it ain't so, Joe.
Joe the Plumber conceded Monday night that Republican John McCain has a slim chance of defeating Democrat Barack Obama in the race for the White House.
Joe Wurzelbacher, the unemployed Ohio plumber who was thrust into the national spotlight in late September after quizzing Mr. Obama about his tax policy, made his prediction on the upcoming presidential election while be interviewed on Inside the Beltway Radio.

The MSM is going all out to depress the Republican turnout.

You gotta realize what Joe’s been through with the media. He may just be unknowingly being influenced by the press’ full court press to dispirit McCain supporters.

people kept saying the polls are tightening....the final polls didn’t tighten and infact obama gained points. WOnt’ deter me from voting but I just hope republicans get out and vote even if they have to crawl to the polls. If there is a God, McCain will win.

That’s assuming the polls are right. We’ll know pretty soon if they were right.

I think this media sensation is getting to Joe's head. STFU Joe and vote. I can see why it would enlarge his head because it is just natural. All he hears is how wonderful he is or a book deal or a tv show or radio show. Too bad he didn't just wait to run his mouth until after the election.

Saying the chances are slim or that the race is too close to call is not writing off one candidate or another. Who doesn’t want a landslide, but that’s not realistic as polarized as the U.S. is.

Disagree, battleground polls have tightened, that is not meant to be a Kool Aid statement, rather a view of facts, and fundamentally Joe P is correct, we have a steep climb tomorrow.
Not an impossible one.

i hope they are as wrong as Eddie Murphy picking up transvestites so he can suck their toes. I just get the feeling that this country wants a socialist because they believe his lies that they will make their lives better.

Here is the quote, not quite raggin' on Mc Cain - just admitting it's a tough battle (by the way you seem to be trolling a lot tonight): "Your common sense, again, just to reiterate, is it's going to be a tough one if John McCain's going to pull it out tomorrow?" the show's host, John McCaslin, asked Mr. Wurzelbacher.
"Most definitely," he replied.
Earlier, the plumber stated:
"Truthfully, honestly, I do believe John McCain can pull it out, but it's going to be darn tight."

sounds pretty honest. No complaints with what he said. No landslide but we should win if we show up and vote which we will.

i’ll never be discouraged to vote. I’ll always fight against socialist goons. But it’s why i dislike polling. Let’s all hope the pollsters have mud on their face tomorrow and the lib scumbags cry in the streets when their marxist leader is defeated!
