Democrats are touting early leads in turnout for early voting in Florida. But a new poll that counts actual votes cast in the early balloting gives Sen. John McCain a four point lead among those who have already voted in the Sunshine State. The Los Angeles Times/Bloomberg poll of early voters shows McCain ahead 49-45%.Democrats outnumber Republicans by 54-30% in the party identification of early voters, according to figures released by the Democratic Party of Florida. Those numbers are not showing up in the voting this far.
More good news for McCain can be found in the the absentee vote tally. Republican registrants lead Democrats by a huge margin, 50-30%, in the over 1.2 million absentee ballots returned this far. Florida has a large active duty military population, many of whom vote by absentee ballot from stations overseas. That typically gives Republican candidates a large vote advantage in state wide elections.

Ignore good news and bad news. Just VOTE!!!!!! Don’t become complacent as I believe the Democrats will do. Republicans and Independent minded conservatives need to get to the voting booth no matter what....nine hours in line...so be it....Vote!!!
This means that lots of Dems are voting for McCain. Hope the same thing is happening in other states too, like Ohio and Pennsylvania.
Vote, Vote Vote!
P.U.M.A.
Please, oh, please let this be an indicator...
Encourage every red-blooded patriotic American you know to vote!
I also saw that Hispanics here are going something like 63% for McCain.
Could it be that the oversampling of Dems in polls becomes a major story behind Mac’s win?
“P.U.M.A.”
Yup, PUMA’s and old Reagan Democrats, and some Jews who don’t swallow the Obama lies about Israel, along with Vets who are Dems. And those that hate Castro. Mix it all together and McCain wins Florida.
Admit their own failure?
good news indeed. I have no fear of Obama winning. McCain will win it, with Palins votes carrying it.
Just got home from work here in PA..
Had two voicemails on my answering machine. One from PA GOP..
The 2nd one was paid by McCain/Palin and it had audio of Barack Obama audio clip wanting to bankrupt companies who build coal plants!
Ha. Money well spent Hussein.
Wow,That was fast.
Fox & FRiends all over the coal bankrupting story.
That, and I think some people don’t want to be identified as McCain supporters given Obama’s ‘get in their face’ mentality.
