What he should do is put out an AD on TV on his doubts about the Obomination and all they mystery about his birth certificate. The lawsuit will not get traction in the press.

I looked at his site and can’t determine that he is the vice presidential candidate for any party.
If he is not eligible to be president then he has defrauded millions of people of MILLIONS of dollars. Those people donated to him in the good faith that he was eligible to actually BE president.
If he isn't a natural born citizen then I think prison would be too good for him. By the way, he may not even be a naturalized citizen and eligible to be a Senator.

Only if a court is willing to apply the law, which, unfortunately, when faced with overwhelming political pressure and a Don Quixote, a court is not likely to do, let’s face it. Even were the guy right on the law he will be ignored and rejected. You must not think we are a nation of laws when we’re being Ci-cago-ized.
Hope this is true. It has been hanging around for quite a while. The reluctance of Obama to offer up any certification leads me to believe that he might not be a citizen. What troubles me he is a certifiable liar and quite a sick man. He communistic leanings are really a reflection of a mental ill person. Many of us have been to see through his glib crap.
Even if he's not, he'll be just as successful.

The electors certainly have at lease two interests. 1) electing an eligible candidate from their party and 2) not perpetrating a fraud.
Will our Supreme Court enforce the Constitutional requirements for the Presidency? Better yet, will Obama's legitimate birth certificate ever get released?

It won’t do any good. He’s just wasting his money. Even if it goes to the USSC. Can you imagine the rioting across the country if they were to disqualify Obama? It would be a blood bath. It’ll never happen for that very reason. IF he really wanted to do somethng for America, he’d drop out and tell all of his supporters to get behind McCain and Palin.
I was in the military for over 20 years and provided countless copies of birth / marriage certificates, ssn#’s, all manner of documentation that were REQUIRED for me to be a part of that organization and to recieve the benifits from it. ...and I am still finding out the different ways that parts of my medical records have been released to various entities without my permission, but on questioning them find that my participation with them, this information is legaly obtainable by them.(?{!!}?)
Are there no provisions that check these things out for people running for president?

Its not a privacy issue and there is nothing embarrasing about it being public knowledge. If you are qualified to hold the job then you can run to your hearts content. But what will be said about the system that has allowed all this posturing, only to find out that Obama actually wasnt qualified to be president at all?
By the way, I voted last week. In my mind, Obama has already lost.
Interesting thing going on here. If the courts won’t do anything, looks like the “Electoral College” will force the issue. I would suggest the courts start moving and stop stonewalling. The Electoral College is a powerfun entity during elections.

State declares Obama birth certificate genuine

HONOLULU (AP) — State officials say there’s no doubt Barack Obama was born in Hawaii.
Health Department Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said Friday she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama’s original birth certificate.
Fukino says that no state official, including Republican Gov. Linda Lingle, ever instructed that Obama’s certificate be handled differently.
She says state law bars release of a certified birth certificate to anyone who does not have a tangible interest.
Some Obama critics claim he was not born in the US.
Earlier Friday, a southwest Ohio magistrate rejected a challenge to Obama’s citizenship. Judges in Seattle and Philadelphia recently dismissed similar suits.
