Notice the red star in the masthead banner of this leftist rag?

Kristallnacht = "night of the broken glass"

On one night of November [1938], 92 Jews were murdered, and 25,000–30,000 were arrested and deported to concentration camps. This was a "pogrom" or riot directed against a particular group, whether ethnic, religious, or other, and characterized by destruction of their homes, businesses, and religious centres.

In a single night, Kristallnacht saw the destruction of more than 200 Synagogues , and the ransacking of tens of thousands of Jewish businesses and homes.

“I ride a bicycle a fair amount, Seattle is a mecca for bicyclists and starbuck’s and all that, it is repugnant, tree huggers and all, give folks who really bike for exercise and transportation a bad name, giddy mucks and the paper has a red star in it’s name.”

I was born in Seattle (King County).

It was “King” County for many years before Liberals decided to “re-name” it after Dr. Martin Luther King. To make the distinction, they had to have his portrait on letterhead and vehicles.

The other “King” was thrown under the bus in my opinion.

Some of the mindset up here.

If it is any satisfaction, one close relative of Martin Luther King (Jr) is supporting/voting McCain-Palin and would not consider voting Obama-Biden.

This is Dr. Alveda King.

This might shake your liberals in "King County" up to know that a close tie to Martin Luther King (Jr) is voting/supporting McCain.

It is a shame that news of her stand is not known nationally...

Oh the HAND WRINGING drama!

Sheesh, if these homeowners are half the conservatives they purport by the signage they’ll be prepared to dish out 10X whatever the commie pole smoker rag incites in it’s minions...

This rag is free on news stands. It is a piece of garbage run by leftist fag scum in Seattle. Not worth the ink used to print it.

This is significant escalation of the standard level of thuggery that we’ve been subjected to in Seattle for decades. It’s long been commonplace for homes with Republican yard signs to be vandalized as well as cars with Republican bumper stickers, but heretofore it’s always been done on a somewhat random basis, although everyone knows that you better not park a car with a Republican sticker on it ANYWHERE on the street in King County if you want it to be left alone. For the local ‘media’ to ratchet things up to an organized level of intimidation and terrorism like this is wholly unprecedented, although many of us longtime Seattleites have been wondering why it’s taken them so long to do it. Probably because they feel that they are so close to the White House now that they feel emboldened....an 0bama administration would never prosecute for something like this so they have nothing to fear....they think.

These are indeed Nazi-esque tactics and are only a mild taste of what is to come under an 0bama Presidency.

Readers who shrug this off as ‘just another hysterical Seattle story’ will change their tune when it starts happening in their own neighborhood....

I wonder, probably, this made it to print or we may only see the internet version but I assume it is in print.

Frankly I think we ought to just start placing Pro-Conservative bumper stickers on known Dim cars....

Now that would be interesting.......

If you're a Republican in this climate, and don't own a gun (or several guns), you are clearly insane.

I couldn't agree more. Link to article with pictures:

My first priority is to protect the victims...

Maybe there is something that these perps can be prosecuted on... Maybe they are drug users, and someone might arrest them...

Works of art - sculptures, paintings, and even toys - are protectable by copyright. Furthermore, buildings created on or after December 1, 1990 are protected by copyright. A copyright owner has the exclusive right to reproduce a copyrighted work, and photographing a copyrighted work is considered a way of reproducing it. Thus, you may need permission to photograph a building or an art work.

Might not be such a good idea - why repeat breaking the law?

I take it this is an alternative paper since there is a red star clearly visible as part of the logo?
