Obama Born In Kenya? His Grandmother Says Yes
Someone is lying. According to Obama's Kenyan (paternal) grandmother, as well as his half-brother and half-sister, Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya, not in Hawaii as the Democratic candidate for president claims. His grandmother bragged that her grandson is about to be President of the United States and is so proud because she was present DURING HIS BIRTH IN KENYA, in the delivery room.
McCain wasn't born on US soil either, but he was born of two US citizen parents, both of whom had resided in the US prior to the birth. (Just not immediately prior, but that was OK).
It comes down to, "was he born in Kenya, or elsewhere outside the US.". If he was born in the US, it doesn't matter what the citizenship or residence status of his parents was, he's a natural born citizen.
Re: the health issues. Here is what I have learned; someone in the family has had cancer, someone else has had some form of heart disease and someone else has had any number of things. My motto: Pray hard and live life until it's over.
Berg raised two issues. Where was BO born? Hawaii govt says he is born in Hawaii. One issue is resolved, now comes the second issue. When BO mother married an Indonesian businesman and BO lived in Indonesia what was his citizenship status? Reason is that in Indonesia one cannot attend their schools unless you are an Indonesian citizen. Thus when BO returned to Hawaii to live with his grandmother, what was his citizenship status upon entry into US. If he was Indonesian and his mother applied to have him reinstated as US, that is allowed for a minor. But BO reverts from US born citizen to naturalized US citizen because he went from US citizen to foreign citizen back to US citizen. In his re application for US citizenship he is treated no differently from an immigrant applying for US citizenship. This would make him ineligible to be President. The State Department has those records and can be released if BO gives permission or court orders it open.

I don't think it's ever been verified that his sister Maya's COLB was the originating document. One problem with that scenario is his sister was born in Indonesia. How did she come to have a Hawaiian COLB?
Does being in the military mean his vault certificate is public record somewhere?

The director did **NOT** say that Obama was born in Hawaii or any other American state or territory.
I don’t think any state in recent times (50+ years) has listed religion — if you were born in a religious hospital, the hospital’s own record might. But if anyone has their own certificate from an official cource with religion listed, they could enlioghten me.
This is the real question. Why hide it? If Obama's going to hide something as supposedly trivial as a birth certificate, what else would he hide? For instance, maybe an illegal auntie living in a Boston slum!
Since all you have to do to get one is file for it, you get a COLB, not a birth certificate, it is more like an announcement. The COLB we have seen posted on Obama's web site is an obvious forgery.
We have not seen anything that resembles a Birth Certificate. A Birth Certificate has specific details about the birth, doctor, parents, location, date and time, foot prints, and any medical procedures that were required.

When someone says Birth Certificate I would assume they meant a certificate of either live or still birth showing the person named was born in the State where that certificate is filed. And we are on the same side but I think the man was born in the US. Also not every State includes footprints on the B/C.
Since the argument is that Obama was born in Kenya maybe someone should try to get an OFFICIAL certified copy of that B/C. Perhaps Kenyan laws are not inhibited by such considerations as privacy and rules of law applying equally to all. And I understand there is a grand old tradition of bribery for government official.
