There would be no reason for DOH in Hawaii to have a copy of Obama’s birth certificate if he was not born there.

Since all you have to do to get one is file for it, you get a COLB, not a birth certificate, it is more like an announcement. The COLB we have seen posted on Obama's web site is an obvious forgery.

We have not seen anything that resembles a Birth Certificate. A Birth Certificate has specific details about the birth, doctor, parents, location, date and time, foot prints, and any medical procedures that were required.

When someone says Birth Certificate I would assume they meant a certificate of either live or still birth showing the person named was born in the State where that certificate is filed. And we are on the same side but I think the man was born in the US. Also not every State includes footprints on the B/C.

Since the argument is that Obama was born in Kenya maybe someone should try to get an OFFICIAL certified copy of that B/C. Perhaps Kenyan laws are not inhibited by such considerations as privacy and rules of law applying equally to all. And I understand there is a grand old tradition of bribery for government official.
