(Little Rock – October 29, 2008) Secure Arkansas is concerned that the Matricular card, which is a Mexican I.D. card, is being used as authentic identification for first time voters. This means that non-citizens will be voting in our elections.

Secure Arkansas' Chair, Jeannie Burlsworth, noted, "I am greatly concerned that our elections are being swayed by illegal aliens who are in our state trying to vote illegally."Secure Arkansas calls on Arkansas' Election Officials to immediately ensure that the Matricular card is not accepted as identification for first-time voters.

In order for an individual to vote in the U.S., he/she must be:

- a U.S. Citizen - a legal resident of the state in which they reside - 18 years old on or before election day

Matricula Cards are NOT an authentic form of identification. The FBI Office of Intelligence testifies that the consular I.D. card is not a reliable form of I.D. Only a few crooked businesses accept the card which is only useful to illegal aliens! Unfortunately, Arkansas does not require photo ID at all for voting, only that the poll worker asks for ID. Yes, but (despite what is LEGALLY required as ID in order to vote) the ACORN/democrat/socialist people actually sitting at each desk at each (illegal alien/democrat/downtown) polling place have to FOLLOW THE LAW, instead of flashing an ID, or allowing dozens of buses to re-vote/re-name themselves dozens of times with each each entry.

And I strongly suspect that few, if any, democrat/socialists are really interested in enforcing the law.

Isn’t a Matricula Card a dead give-away that you are not eligible to vote? That would seem to me to be probable cause for an immediate arrest on conspiracy to commit voting fraud, the presentation of such an item to a poll worker.

I don't believe any illegals will try voting in my little part of the world. I know most of the workers at the voting place and they know me. I still have to show my drivers license. They even check my name against the list of registered voters.

In all my 13 years of voting in Baxter County, Arkansas, I had to produce my Voter Registration Card OR my Arkansas Drivers License. My Retired Military I.D. Card would not do the trick even though it had my picture buried in plastic on it. BUT, Baxter County is usually a Republican County so I guess the rules do apply here better than in Pulaski (Little Rock) County

In Tennessee--an early-voting state--vanloads of non-English-speaking Mexicans with no ID's, proof of residency, or voter registrations are arriving to vote.

The vanloads of non-English speaking illegals carry bilinguists to act as interpreters. They will inform election personnel that they will accompany the illegal voters into the booth, read the ballot for them, and insure that their vote is cast for the candidate of their choice.

The Election Commission decided the individuals would NOT be allowed to vote. Since they were unable to speak, understand, or read English, they could not possibly be citizens, and therefore were not qualified to vote. Moreover, the illegals were unable to even request the assistance of a translator themselves.

The Administrator of Elections, also refused to allow any of the individuals to vote.

However, the illegals seemed to be coached well, knew the ins and outs of the US election system, despite their inability to speak English, and would not back off.

A higher election authority was called who then allowed the non-English-speaking individuals to vote via the bilingual interpreter (despite lack of ID's and unfamiliarity with the English language). In this state, it was concluded that the only possible remedy would be for the state Republican Party to file suit in Federal court. It was noted that even if a Tennessee court should decide the votes were illegal, there is no mechanism for withdrawing them in that state. These were not "provisional ballots." Once cast, they are inviolate.

ACTION Should this happen in your precinct---and your protests are over-ridden: (1) demand the interpreter show for HIS/HER ID and/or voting credentials. (2) Write down (or photograph the van's license plate with your cell phone). Any information you collect can be used for subsequent investigations.

It is suspected the vanloads are ACORN recruits (ACORN is currently under federal investigation for voter fraud) and may be getting paid to bus in illegals to support the Obama candidacy (possibly without Obama's knowledge or consent).

POSTSCRIPT Authorities should determine whether elected officials who are Obama-supporters are colluding with latino groups, whether they are covertly working with ACORN to coach illegals, and whether elected officials are facilitating vote fraud using tax dollars.
