This should be an issue that needs to be pursued until finally resolved with a real U.S. birth certificate or one from another country. Then all legal measures need to be taken to address this issue.
I understand your frustration. I am **furious** at Rush and Hannity for their handling of this birth certificate and citizenship matter.
It would be nice if this were true. It would probably mean that Dick Cheney in his role of President of the Senate should have the final say. But the twentieth Amendment clearly anticipates that the person who comes out of that joint session as "President-elect," might fail to qualify. My reading of this is that some action is required on the part of the President elect to qualify. Logically this action would be to present proof to the Secretary of State (Rice) that he does qualify (just as we all have to present such proof to designees of the Secretary if we wish to obtain a passport). Beyond the Secretary stands the Chief Justice who must administer the oath. These pesky little formalities could save the Republic.

PS I am familiar with other work of Dr. Vieira regarding Constitutional monetary history and have had an exchange or two with him. His work in the monetary area is probably the best the is.

Electors can actually cast their vote for anyone if Obama was found ineligible, as far as I remember.
Obama thrives of chaos and Bagdadbob/Saddam style auto-declarations of presidential merit. Afirmative Action functions like this. Now he probably would find it fair if foreigners and foreign agents could run for US office... his take on empowering the UN via US fund to bail out the world are typical of this mentality, all in the name of “poor and idiot proofing” “the World”.
It’s perfectly logical that he is not a US citizen, at least by sheer fiat of his emotionaly world inclined traitorous policies.

1. "obama has never proven his citizenship". Yeah? obama has a US passport.
2. After months of speculation nobody has provided any kind of evidence that he is not a natural citizen.
3. The election is in four days and there are more important, genuine issues to take up out time.
4. You are free to howl at the moon or chase your tail, just don't think that it will accomplish anything.
If he loses the election, they might very well pull an Odinga on us. A self-declaration of Presidency based on cheating and racism, splitting the country into a civil war.
Iran/CHINA/RUSSIA dream of that and to nuke us in the process. It was Weatherunderground’s plan, wasn’t it?

He should be required to "prove" he is eligible to be the POTUS just like you have to "prove" you have insurance to drive a car

Let’s say you are choosing a physician to perform surgery. Your insurance company gives you two choices.
You want to make sure that the physician is a licensed surgeon and not just hold a general license. The physician refuses to show you his license and refuses to allow a copy of the license to be released.
According to this judge you do not have the right to ask for his license or to ask the courts to demand that he show you his license until you can show he botched the surgery.
Is this the rationale the judge used? You have no right to make sure the physician is properly licensed until he botches your surgery, even though the law states he must have a surgical license before he operates?
That is like saying that a home owner doesn’t have the right to have a burgler arrested unless they can prove he stole property.

Frankly, I’m glad that Rush Limbaugh is complaining about Certifigate. It’s better than being completely ignored. There are some ‘kooks’ posting about Obama’s religion [me being one of them]. One in four DEMOCRATS in Kentucky don’t know he’s a Christian. That wasn’t due to talk radio, was it? The internet can drive an issue independently. Granted, it’s better when we’re backed up by talk radio, but we can do a lot without them.
