...the commie fraud is going to lose and the bc issue will be moot.

Not so fast. He's still a US Senator, and I'll bet dollars to donuts there's a clause in the Constitution about that too.

Even if there isn't, and he's allowed to continue serving in the Senate, this thing will dog him until his dying day. No way will Americans sit still for him casting votes upon their future after everything comes out on him.

You’re not understanding the issue. Any citizen of age can be a US Senator, but NOT any citizen of age can be a President.

You have to be a “natural-born” citizen, which has a highly specific definition, that Obama appears to possibly fall short of, due to his non-citizen father, his mother being a minor, and the possibility that he was not born in the US. There are witnesses (family members) that say he was born in Kenya, there are no witnesses to vouch for his being born in the US, and he has sent lawyers into Federal Court to argue that he doesn’t need to show his birth certificate.

No need to bet. All you have to do is read it.

Here it is.

For the record, here's what it says about the required qualifications to be a US Senator (Article I, section 3):

No person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty Years, and been nine Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State for which he shall be chosen.

Nothing at all about having to be a natural born citizen to be eligible.
