Actually, if you can deal with the cold, Alaska might be the better solution. After we purchased the territory from Russia, we never into entered treaties with the various native tribes. To this day, we have only a few agreements with certian groups, such as the Seward Penninsula Eskimos, who we reconize as a soveriegn nation. Meanwhile, I can think of at least one Vice Presidential candidate in this year's election who qualifies as an Eskimo by marriage.

I don't think a more conservative party will emerge and can't imagine what I said that made you infer that I did.

What would be wrong with voting anti-Democrat until the Democrats fail to win any elections, and THEN campaigning to start a new party to oppose the Republicans?

What I hear you supporting is to allow the Democrats to win until there is no Republican Party and then attempt to organize your opposition to the Democrats.

I haven't stated an approach, I know my viewpoint will never be supported at the ballot box and have already been through all the stages of loss. I'm ready for the next American Revolution assuming the upcoming Marxist takeover isn't totally successful.

Neither, I just enjoy snarky replies to my posts. Straight Republican ticket, if you must know. I wasn't going to vote for President at all until Palin signed on. But now I'm voting for a guy who, in spite of his oath to protect and defend the Constitution, authored legislation abridging freedom of speech. Can I still call myself a conservative after such a vote?
