Dyn-o-mite! That brings back memories. That Re-Run guy was so funny! Or maybe Im thinking of that kid with the big glasses, I cant remember...oh well anyway, its all good!
That show was “What’s Happening”....Raj, Rerun and Dwayne. And Rerun was a big dude who could dance....like a tuba player in a HBCU marching band.
Now I cant remember the name of Raj’s little sister...the whiny one who always ratted out Raj and the gang. She was actually quite funny, even though a real snot
One of my friends called the show “What’s Fattening” because so many of the characters were huge (Rerun, Raj’s mom). But, hey, it was a good show
Rajs little sister would be “Dee” and I’m sure she grew up to be an Obama campaign operative.
*It ain’t right*
I love it when Harvard-educated pols try to talk just like regular folks.
It “ain’t” right?
That kind of pandering reminds me of Kerry’s “can I get me a hunting license here?”
best whiny voice “did I do that”-the goof does look like erkle (sans the glasses and flood pants)
We should refer to the Obamaster as Rerun since his positions are just reruns of old RAT policies.
Re: “I love it when Harvard-educated pols try to talk just like regular folks.”
There’s stupid, and then there’s Harvard stupid.
obama is a few months older than I am. Now, I grew up in the SUBURBS of Detroit. There was NO escaping “Sanford and Son”, “What’s Happening” and “The Jeffersons” -they were HILARIOUS shows! Every kid I knew watched them and could quote ALL their lines.
What the HECK kinda childhood/teen years DID this guy have?!?!
I’ll second the -”And they call GWB dumb!”
Ladies and gentlemen, this is Sherman Helmsley and Isabel Sanford (oddly enough) as George and Louise Jefferson. Note that on “The Jeffersons”, Weezy was very much alive.
Can anybody say "Murphy Brown?"

Im coming Aunt Ester, this is the big one.
:-D )))
He’ll be qouting Dolomite before you know it.
Just goes to show his speeches are written by young white guys who never watched “Sanford and Son”, and apparently neither did Obama, or he’d know the quote was wrong.
Dayummmm, he’d probably confuse Gary Coleman for Webster.
Maybe he left his autocompass set on Watts instead of the East Side.
Well Redd Foxx made the comment about someone like Bama in a Las vegas show I saw in the 70s. “You ain’t black, your hot yella”
