It also invest the young idealists into “the system” and provides opportunities to indoctrinate them
Models= Russia, Cuba, Red China, North Korea and most of the so-called “revolutionary” movements in Africa and elsewhere
Be nice to your kids- they may be reporting on what you say and do at home
Obama and his marxist mentors have staked their careers on a strategy of building organzations of angry street rats to beseige all organs of society and paralyze it (banks, schools, government, legal system)
TRY TO FIND an explanation of the Clowen-Piven strategy
ALL MY LINKS and SEARCH RESULTS SEEM TO HAVE DISAPPEARED

[Ayers is suggesting that the Draft could be a loophole for work camps and indoctrination camps. Maybe that’s why Michelle Obama is so certain that we’ll be ‘required’ to work and get ‘informed’ Obama’s way.]
When someone is as secretive as Obama, how can anyone think his plans won’t be radical?

Simple really, because the new national internal security force will be controlled by whoever controls the New Democratic government.
Even more chilling, with the new USISF in place we will no longer need police departments on the local, county, and state levels, and we can expect our sheriffs deputies, troopers and cops to either be absorbed into the new USISF laid off or retired....
After they surrender their weapons of course we don’t want police equipment in the hands of ordinary citizens.

Whew- it’s Cloward Piven-
read it and compare to what is happening
My paranoia is heating up
"We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives weve set. Weve got to have a civilian national security force thats just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded."
And what color shirts will they wear?
Lenin said this about socialism: "The goal of socialism is communism."
None of this is good.
Ministry of Peace - military force against opponents within
Nightwatch - secret police
ISS - propaganda news media
Um, President Clark from Babylon 5?
Will we have to bow down to them. Not that it would be horrible.... //sarcasm off
That is an out of context quote of a badly chosen phrase.
He was (badly) referring to an oversized Peace Corps.
It is too easy to believe otherwise...
Nice to see him in favor of a well armed militia. (/sarc)

The SPCAs are accountable to no governmental authority. Because there are no standards, rules or guidelines governing their composition, operation, training or activities, there is no consistancy or uniformity in their make-up, functioning or enforcement of the laws. These autonomous organizations present a true hodgepodge of extreme diversity and a danger to the state’s structured system of law enforcement. Once individuals in a county receive a charter from the state SPCA, they control the selection, discipline and removal of their members, officers and agents; the election of terms of office of members of the board of directors; the content of any by-laws; the formulation of any rules or regulations; what training, if any will be provided; how they will enforce the animal cruelty laws, and how they will spend the income. As a result, the SPCAs run the gamut in effectiveness of operation, scrupulousness in financial matters and enforcement of the cruelty laws. While some are operated in a highly professional manner, according to set rules and regulations, others are run as the personal domain of a well entrenched few who discard the rules on whim. Many individuals involved in these societies are dedicated to the welfare of animals and committed to functioning within an organized, structed environment, while others are ‘wannabe cops’ or motivated by personal gain. Because the SPCAs operate outside the realm of government, they have become havens for those who cannot obtain legitimate law enforcement positions.
Excerpt:
ARREST POWERS: The legislative provision governing arrests for violations of the animal cruelty laws is contained in N.J.S.A. 4:22-44. It empowers only the state society and not the county societies. Arrests may be made with a warrant or without a warrant when the violation occurs in the individual’s presence. Since the provision was first enacted in 1880, the power to arrest has been conferred not only upon the NJ SPCA’s officers and agents, but also upon its members. However, nowhere in the statutes governing the societies is the term ‘member’ defined. Therefore, it includes dues-paying members and those members of the Board of Directors who are not agents or officers. These individuals receive no law enforcement training.
Here is one of the training classes were law professors and such train these ‘citizen agents of the law’.

THE ERA OF DUAL LAW ENFORCEMENT IS HERE AS GOVERNMENT AND CORPORATIONS HIRE RENT-A-COPS TO GUARD BUSINESSES AND GATED COMMUNITIES AND TO BREAK STRIKES. NOW, ABUSES BY THE PRIVATE SECURITY INDUSTRY AND ITS EMPLOYEES THEMSELVES THREATEN PUBLIC SECURITY.
I’m not so sure about that, the bully factor already seems to be in place.
We need a new one for the same reason that Hugo Chavez formed and armed his own “people’s militia:” to defend the revolution against reactionary forces.
Okay, I surrender....
A "civilian security force" as powerful and well-funded as the Pentagon? Huh?
ACORN with aircraft carriers and stealth bombers?
WTF is he talking about?
That’s a security force I could support!
