Well, they say that once a person gets in that voting booth, it comes down to “pocketbook” issues.
And folks are starting to get the idea that Obama wants his hand in their pocketbooks -
and they don’t like it.

Isn’t this the same guy who just announced a clear path to victory?

Bipolar?

What a moron. This is the same dork that was just running his mouth off to Major Garret about a clear road to victory and 400 electoral votes.

"Our nightmare is that in the end the huge consensus amount of fake ACORN registrations that Obama has gained paid for will not transform into votes."

why would he say such a thing?

Easy. We're a week out. The Obama campaign is now shifting from "drive the Republicans to dispair with phony evidence of inevitability" mode to "zap the base with a cattle prod to get them to the polls" mode.

LOL. If a huge consensus doesn’t translate into votes, then it’s not a huge consensus, is it? It’s just a bunch of poll-driven nonsense hype.

Fun piece of trivia here:

No Democrat has ever won the White House without carrying at least four of the original eleven Confederate states.

It’s funny how he changed his tune. Just a few days ago he said they were confident of victory by getting the states Kerry won, the swing states, and possibly some Republican states.

AGI/Rome is the source? Redouble our efforts to get out the vote. Don't fall into the complacency trap.

Down to his very DNA commie Axlerod is trying to motivate his leftist base.

We’re motivated too Davey Schmavey...

not by Mac, but bless him just the same

but by a cute little gal in heels and pencil skirts and an up-doo

and a fear of that monster you’ve created that could destroy our culture for the near term....the rest of my life at least and arguably set my children to war on these shores

good reasons for me to donate money I don’t have in what was a rainy season year for me and work like hell to get a guy I didn’t support elected

we can argue with him and the moderates later

Here is an email from moveon. They may just be trying to influence the tight senate race but its interesting that they are sending stuff like this out. I think that they are at least a little worried that they will lose.

Dear MoveOn member,
I don't mean to ruin your day, but we can still lose this. Here's how:

Right now, Obama’s up in the polls. The pundits are basically calling the election over. So lots of folks think Obama’s going to win with or without their vote. Many could skip voting altogether—and well-intentioned volunteers could take the weekend off instead of getting those folks out to vote.

In other words, if too many people believe the polls, then the polls will be wrong.

There's one surefire way to prevent this. All of us—yes, all—need to help get out the vote and make sure every Obama supporter knows this race isn't in the bag!

The Obama office in Portland needs more volunteers this week to do just that, and we've set a goal of sending 300 MoveOn members to help out—will you join in?

http://pol.moveon.org/obama/volunteer/?office_id=11795&id=14757-10644158-der6Gfx&t=1

Thanks for all you do.

The tides are turning because, finally, Obama is being exposed for the liar, socialist, marxist, wanna-be communist, radical, racist he is. Even the MSM can’t stop the flood of information now. Thank God for Hannity, Rush, Greta, Brit Hume, Laura Ingraham, and all of the other honest, God loving American journalists and commentators!

And thank God for Fox News. I don’t like every program, but dang it all, if we didn’t have Fox News, we’d have nothing...nada...no one in the t.v. MSM reporting what needs to be reported. (rant off)

I am no fan of McLiberal.

But you have to give the man his props. He’s a survivor and God must have a plan for him.

He was written off as a loose cannon and troublemaker at the Naval Academy....

He became their most famous alumni.

He was written off for dead after getting shot down and sent to the Hanoi HIlton...

He survived

He was written off and given up for dead after George W. Bush beat him in 2000. algore was so beaten and disgruntled he grew a beard and started yapping about the end of the world like an insane hermit....

John McCain stayed calm.

McCain was written off for dead by me and everyone else here in the GOP Primary when his campaign staff quit, he had no money and only his Mom, kids and wife who would vote for him....

He won the GOP nomination.

McCain was sent up against the messiah and the hordes of socialist MSM and given up for dead....

He will win this election next Tuesday.

Even better, there is nothing like a Centrist scorned to piss of libs. He reached his hand out to them and they bit his knuckle.

President McCain will take a sharp turn to the right just out of spite.
