Joe Wurzelbacher, a.k.a. "Joe the Plumber," on Tuesday twice agreed with a claim from an audience member at a John McCain rally that "a vote for Barack Obama is a vote for the death to Israel."
Wurzelbacher was hitting the campaign trail on behalf of McCain for the first time, joining former Rep. Rob Portman on a GOP bus tour through Ohio.
At a stop in Columbus, he fielded the question on Israel from a self-identified Jewish senior citizen.
The questioner said he was "concerned" with Barack Obama's associations and "It's my belief that a vote for Obama is a vote for the death to Israel."
Wurzelbacher responded: "I do know that."
The questioner then complained about Obama's tax policies and reiterated his Israel comment.
"Well, you know what, I'll actually go ahead and agree with you on that one," Wurzelbacher said. "You know ... no, I agree with ya.'"

Had a friend like that in high school. SHe’d play dumb, ask dumb questions... She manipulated the situation pretty well and usually got exactly what she wanted.

Joe was perfect and correct. Can you imagine what the reaction had been if he had blown this Jewish voter off or not agreed with him?
So what did Joe say that’s any different from what Jesse Jackson said (coming from another perspective, of course)?
American Jews can go ahead and vote 75% for Obama, they clearly don’t care that much about the survival of Israel .. it’s not in the same priority category as ‘a woman’s right to choose.’
Some people just can’t handle the truth. I have listened to Joe the Plumber at length. His interpretation of Robin Hood was spot on. He is unbelievably articulate and well spoken. McLame should fire all of his spokesmen and give the job to Joe. I guarantee you those press critters couldn’t push Joe around. He’d slam them with a verbal wrench.

He keeps his words short and to the point, and as that response to the audience member showed — he doesn’t add to or subtract from what someone has already said, so as to mark it as his own. Even though his read might be somewhat different. In other words, he makes room for to good opinions of others. That’s a real humility, and one that builds up all participants, not just the center of attention. Where did he learn that? It’s a great skill to develop.

FOX went heavy tonight on the video that the LA paper is refusing to show of a dinner for yet another 'friend' of bambi's - what's his name - the rabid anti-Israel, pro PLO creep...a lot of vicious anti-Jewish stuff is reported to have been said -and the bambi gave a speech in honor of him and mentioned all the times he and Michelle had had dinner in his home -
WE may not see the video = but by refusing to air it - in yet another blatant protection of bambi - it is making news and people are hearing about it -
