Yesterday on my way to lunch I passed one of the homeless guys in that area, with a sign that read 'Vote Obama, I need the money.'
My waiter had on a 'Obama 08' tee shirt.
When the bill came, I decided not to tip the waiter and explained to him while he had given me exceptional service, that his tee shirt made me feel he obviously believes in Senator Obama's plan to redistribute the wealth. I told him I was going to redistribute his tip to someone that I deemed more in need--the homeless guy outside. He stood there in disbelief and angrily stormed away.
I went outside, gave the homeless guy $3 and told him to thank the waiter inside, as I had decided he could use the money more. The homeless guy looked at me in disbelief but seemed grateful.
As I got in my truck, I realized this rather unscientific redistribution experiment had left the homeless guy quite happy for the money he did not earn, but the waiter was pretty angry that I gave away the money he did earn.
Well, I guess this redistribution of wealth is going to take a while to catch on, with those doing the work.

I have now read this several dozen times, and everyone I know has emailed it to me, as well. Can’t someone think of another anecdote?
It won’t take long if it gets passed off as a true story as often as this one.

Reminds me of the story (whether true or not) of the Republican father teaching his liberal, college daughter a lesson by saying that should give some of her good grades to her friend who wasn’t doing as well because she partied more. She responded about how that wasn’t fair to which the father replied, “Welcome to the Republican Party.”
this story is getting old.
I heard this same story this morning on G. Gordon Liddy. The lady was claiming to be the one that did this. I have my doubts.

Yes it is. but I have reduced tipping from 20% to 10%. Most srervers are Obamans. If I saw one with a McCain shirt I would go to 25%. If Obama wins...no tipping.
I have heard some blacks actually say they will get reparations under obama .
course I’ve heard other things off them too like how the white boy and white bit$$$$ will now be slaves to the black man .
sadly one thing I have learned in this election that race is more important than country , loyalty, sex, etc

you are free to tip as you please, for now. i tip because i used to be in that position. sometimes i tip generously knowing that when that person is my age, they’ll probably agree with me.

They will NEVER call it reparations,
because if they did, they wouldn’t be able to go back to the well again and again and again.
