Once again we have another story that has been picked up in a big way by the Blogosphere but is currently being ignored by the mainstream media. And this time the story is huge. If you've seen the Drudge Report today you will know exactly which story this is; the audio of a 2001 interview on Chicago public radio station WBEZ FM in which Barack Obama explicitly calls for the "redistribution of wealth." You won't find any information about this blockbuster story in the MSM just yet but as been very typical lately, you can be informed on this topic on the Blogosphere including this report from Steve Schippert of Wizbang who posted it at 1:20 this morning while the members of the MSM were complacently sleeping, comfortable in the knowledge that Obama probably had the election in the bag:
The audio of a Barack Obama radio interview below is stunning. Unfortunately, it will probably stun few. For once the word "Constitution" is mentioned, electoral eyes roll into the backs of voters' heads as memories of a boring high school history class in a hot, dusty classroom emerge in the place of contemplation of the founding principles of this nation.

They have somehow gotten the idea that Obama is going to give each of them a check for $4000.
Yea, I’m sure he will give it to them , from your paycheck and mine.
It’s the same greed they bitch about from the corporate monsters that motivate them.Obama supporters are drooling over getting their piece of the pie.
Here in NJ having a D next to your name is all people need to give you your vote. They would vote for a cardboard cut out if it had a D next to it’s name. We’re lost as a nation.
A couple of people tried that. I referred them to the PBS archive link.
Me too:) I didn’t know anyone else was up.
Oh and he has since been rehabilitated:)
I know, but I'm running out of steam & will be calling it a night ::snicker: as soon as I see the Fox report.
The Friends just teased it...stayed tuned!
When I went to bed last night the only folks talking about it were us. But thanks to the freepers who sent this to every news source, every soul on their email list, every blog and forum they post on — this has legs.
Nice job FR!!
This isn't the first time that I stayed up to catch the morning shift.
top 5% income starts at $153,000...of course as that number moves down with the redistribution, he can keep talking about taxing the top 5% and include more and more Americans in keeping with his 5% promise...he’s already adjusted from $250k to $200k (he hasn’t been asked about the $153k = top 5%)...can’t you see him saying, “That number is subject to change but 5% is 5%”
The problem is most Obama zombies don’t understand what is going on.
lord obama himself said he didn’t regret the ‘share the wealth’ comment...it was on Drudge the other day. Do you think he will regret this and therefore the msm repeat it? No.
Berg case was big on the internet and you see how much play it got in the msm.
LOL me either. This time I was waiting to see blood, and sending the tape link to everyone I could think of.
He talked about raising the FICA cap during the primaries. That would take it down to $102K & if he limits the raise in the cap to $17K, we’re talking a little over $2000 of new taxation.
He won’t be happy until the “haves” have not.
It will be treated just like the birth certificate. They will ignore it.
Good grief. Probably pie, which seems to be symbolic now.
I don't know what rally it was, actually, but I think it was in or near Miami.
We had a large shiny Obama bus from the Plumbers Union come through my town in north Florida, btw, painted in ugly, threatening black and yellow with lightning bolts and a strange symbol that seemed to me to be a raised fist. It was met by a group of what looked like college professors and professionals, who were all cheering it as if their savior had arrived. I think these people are delusional.
One of the I think tragedies of the civil rights movement was because the civil rights movement became so court focused, I think that there was a tendency to lose track of the political and community organizing and activities on the ground that are able to put together the actual coalitions of power through which you bring about redistributed change and in some ways we still suffer from that...Maybe Im showing my bias here as a legislator as well as a law professor, but Im not optimistic about bringing about major redistributive change through the courts. The institution just isnt structured that way.
Yeah but they didnt play the Part about the Constitution being a Charter of Negative Liberties and it does not say WHAT THE GOVT MUST DO FOR YOU !
What is the Matter with these idiots at FOX . I guess you can just make it up as Democrats always do
