I think I found the source audio stream. Notice there are interviews from Rashid Kalidi that month as well. I don't have Real Audio on my machine. Can someone save these before they get "cleaned"?

Taped panel September 6, 2001:
The September 6, 2001 tape is of a radio interview/panel where Barack Obama - Illinois State Senator from 13th district and a senior lecturer in the law school at the University of Chicago is heard discussing the Constitution, USSC partially with regard to slavery.
At 44 minutes into the tape: phone caller asks about fairness of Constitution
Illinois State Senator Barack Obama responds at 46:24:
The Constitution reflects deep flaws in American culture ... the Constitution reflected enormous blind spot of those days which continues to this day...
There are fundamental problems (in the Constitution which) ... were still grappling with today ...
It seems clear to me that he’s talking about redistribution, and he talks about the tragedy of not putting together the agents of redistributive change (like Community Organizing). When you get a chance try to listen to the whole stream.
I’ve been listening more to the stream from September, and have been jumping around the January stream so haven’t listened to the whole thing yet.
Great work.
Nothing on CNN website news yet. Big surprise there.
The September 6th 2001 interview.
These type of liberals don’t need to be anywhere near the levers of power.
EZ HI-Q recorder records any streaming audio
Over 128,000 views and counting!!
....and that’s just during the night — I think this has a good chance to go viral in a big way.....folks, let’s keep emailing it to everyone!!
Here’s your nice little October surprise. Run excerpts of this 24/7. Pass this along to everyone - especially BEFORE YouTube takes it down.
Where has the MSM been. Is this not the investigative type of work they should have done to uncover?
Copied from the transcript:
It (The Warren court) didn’t break free from the essential constraints that were placed by the founding fathers in the constitution, at least as it has been interpreted and the Warren court interpreted it the same way that generally the constitution is a charter of negative liberties says what the states can’t do to you, says what the federal government can’t do to you
but it doesn’t say what the federal government or the state government must do on your behalf.
...................
He is sayng it “doesn’t” do that? Is he also saying it “should” do that? Is this how he understands the Constitution? He wants to change the fundamental concept here?
Might be too late now. Communists are not interested in the Constitution. If they control the courts..and they will. It will be a meaningless piece of old paper. Circle the wagons and prepare to repel boarders me buckos.
That’s how I read it and I think they were the scariest words in his whole interview.
If this man was vetted and this tape and his past become known to the Dem’s - why did they select him? That party needs to do a thorough spring cleaning.
Ronald Reagan once famously quipped during a microphone check,
My fellow Americans, Im pleased to tell you today that Ive signed legislation that will outlaw Russia forever. We begin bombing in five minutes.
bttt
They are already pouring over the 'borders'.
Sounds like a guy who could care less about eligibility requirements of President in the US Constitution, and is willing to suck in $600M+ just to make an academic point. Very sad we've come to that in this country. The really sad thing is he may be sitting in the WH in a few months. May God be with us!
McCain and Palin themselves need to pounce on this, or the MSM will ignore it.
Slavery was allowed in our USC so the southern colonies would join, it was deal killer without it.
The Amendment process allowed for that problem to be correctly addressed and it was.
There ARE no fundamental problems in our USC... it only appears that way to those who are trying to eradicate property rights.
