Linda Lingle has placed the candidate's birth certificate under seal, and instructed the state's Department of Health to make sure no one in the press obtains access to the original document under any circumstances.

I think it means simply that if the BC was to be released, it was to be released legally.

Maybe that is why Corsi went to Kenya to see Obama’s brother, George....to get his request since he is a common ancestor. That’s probably why they arrested Corsi....Obama’s long arm reached out.

This seems to leave an opening. Couldn't someone find one of Obama's relatives that may not be so happy with him or is in a poor financial situation (i.e. his Kenyan family) make the request? Sounds like a way to get the information legally.
He wasnt in Hawaii "just for his ailing grandmother". Anyone could have figured that out. His brother is living in a hut on less than a dollar a month and he never went to see him once.

I was just thinking the same thing .. and Obama was just there .. where he could have overseen an “authentic” version.
Obama has lied about so many other things .. this would not surprise me .. but I’m really upset by the Hawaii Gov’s actions .. if that’s what she’s really doing.
If the birth certificate is legit .. then why is it kept in hiding ..?? I’m failing to comprehend this.
That was tounge in cheek, right? If they were so important to Constitutional integrity, she would release them, then let the chips fall on whatever side. It would either shut up the naysayers or prove he his not qualified. What does the Governor of Hawaii have to lose either way?
