I know Mexicans don't like Blacks and the feeling is mutual but the polls so far show a lopsided affair when it comes to Latinos and McCain.
Puerto Rican and Dominican latinos will vote for obama for sure.
Cubans prolly not
The more Negroid the latino subgroup the more likely to vote Obama. The big question is Mexicans. They have never supported GOP except Bush marginally and then only in Texas.
I expect Mexicans to vote for socialism as a rule....sad to say. ya'll can hold me to it later
I do believe McCain will get a larger Jewish vote than since 1980 after Carter had pissed off Jews but still way short of a majority. Plain hurt with Jews...just look how Krauthammer winced. They do not like fundie Christians as a rule. Kristol was an exception though as are a number of Jews here and amongst the PUMA vanguard.
i don't think so... i know of too many Hispanics and Catholics who are voting for Obama... at least in California... especially those who are educated... it's irritating...
Here's a couple sites that will make your heart happy = bookmark as you can't possibly peruse all the links in a look-see...there are HUNDREDS of links to additional No O sites - representing countless dems against the “O”
Also - another great surprise - American Indians against The One
Exactly my point. We have been on a constant prayer/fasting movement that a pro life president will be elected. That being said, God will use whatever means/or persons necessary. Hispanics are his strong suit here. With so many American catholics (I use the term very loosely) fighting FOR abortion, women priests, gay marriage, etc..
Our only hope IS the large Hispanic populations in this country who don’t mess with mortal sin! Maybe, just maybe FReepers, we will have much use for them- the border may have just become our salvation in this election? I am all for a closed border and legal immigration, but maybe Our Lady heard our cries over abortion all these years and finally sent in reinforcements! Its only a thought, please don’t take it any other way, but this year, I will take the win wherever it comes from!
and here's another surprise - American Indians -
“The polls are being proven as totally unreliable.”
Since they are ‘public opinion polls’, all they reflect is what people are thinking, and not what they will actually do.
McCain will not beat Reagan’s numbers.

Obama has been counting on winning those extra 7 states — wait till he finds out on election night that they don’t exist.
The big wild card in California is the Latino voters. I can tell you from experience that a lot of them do not like Blacks. Enough to swing the election hard to say. Maybe they will stay home or some will vote for McCain. We shall see.
That's changing. There's a lot more dems than the PUMA’s that are waking up to the fact that their party has been taken over by the Socialists.
This link has HUNDREDS of other links = all “NO BAMAS” -
There seems to be a groundswell in the making of ‘real’ dems who finally realize what has happened to their party and just may launch a ‘new’ party campaign in the next 2-4 years. They'd be smart to get Joe L. and Zell on board to lead the charge.
There are a hell of a lot of hispanics in Chicagoland, and they are overwhelmingly for Obambi. They prefer socialism, plain and simple, and they candidly admit it.
“The results are simply shocking. The polls showed Barack Obama with an 18 point lead in California just a few days ago. The results thus far are the complete opposite. In the most liberal state in the entire country, the results are that 99,000 Republicans have voted and 96,000 Democrats voted. In the mail-in balloting the results so far are that 9,000 Democrats sent in their ballots and that 5,000 Republicans did so. So with nearly 210,000 people having voted, the Democrats have only a 1,000 vote advantage !”
“If we take the liberty of assuming that all Republicans will vote for John McCain and all Democrats will vote for Obama, then the race is incredibly close. I’m sure that Obama will eventually win in California, but if he is struggling here after he pushed so hard for early voting, then he will lose the election ! Everybody thought he would win California in a landslide, but so far anyway,it’s very tight. That means that in the less liberal states he is in real trouble.”
McCain will win Democrat voters much better than expected.
I have said from the beginning that California would be interesting this election. This is the first time I have ever seen such lack of support for the democrat.
“I expect Mexicans to vote for socialism as a rule.”
That’s a fact.
“Obama will take California by at least 10%.”
I wouldn’t make any bets on that.
Good on ya timestax!
If Electors from those seven states show up for the EC vote, and the Democrats in Congress vote to accept them, they may as well exist.
