I called it last night... Zogby is going to walk back his poll now and get us all excited, then he’ll widen Obama’s lead again, before deciding on a final number...

You mean, those are tomorrow’s numbers? That time-travel polling technique is awesome.

Great thread, just saw the headline on Drudge, this is huge, it shows McCain is getting a surge at the perfect time. I think Americans are stepping back and getting second thoughts about Obama. We can do this, this is where the McCain campaign has to be perfect in its message, commercials, surrogates, keep hitting Obama on the issues.
Keep fighting people, every piece of hard work counts, every phone call, thank you for all that you do.

If McCain wins, I think the history books will show that this election was just TOO long for an inexperienced candidate. With the amount of bias in the press, Bush and evverything that goes with it, Obama should be up doublt digits. Hillary would have been. She would have.

My poll at home; Obama 0%
My poll at work; Obama 8%

I am more accurate than Zogby.
But, my internals are small.

It’s 5 PM here, which is not quite “prime time” polling. Pollsters should be doing the plurality of their polling *right now* across the country.
In my opinion, if true, this just confirms that Zogby polls are seriously effed up.

I think this last week is going to tighten. I can’t imagine it expanding for Obama anymore. I also think people are looking at the polls and getting a dose of reality that Barak Hussein Obama could actually be the president.

Didn't Zogby call the 2004 election for Kerry? I think he even said it would be a Kerry blowout.

I am a republican and my wife is a democrat, both voting for McCain. My mother in law is an independent, and undecided.
So, with 33% republicans, 33% democrats and 33% undecided, the election now polls at 66% McCain, 0% Obama and 33% undecided. Blowout for McCain!
