Obama is "NOT" qualified to be President of the United States Lawsuit Against Obama Dismissed from Philadelphia Federal Court

(Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania – 10/25/08) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States, announced today that he is immediately appealing the dismissal of his case to the United States Supreme Court. The case is Berg v. Obama, No. 08-cv-04083.
Berg said, "I am totally disappointed by Judge Surrick's decision and, for all citizens of the United States, I am immediately appealing to the U.S. Supreme Court.
This is a question of who has standing to uphold our Constitution. If I don't have standing, if you don't have standing, if your neighbor doesn't have standing to question the eligibility of an individual to be President of the United States - the Commander-in-Chief, the most powerful person in the world - then who does?
So, anyone can just claim to be eligible for congress or the presidency without having their legal status, age or citizenship questioned.
According to Judge Surrick, we the people have no right to police the eligibility requirements under the U.S. Constitution.

We must legally prevent Obama, the unqualified candidate, from taking the Office of the Presidency of the United States,” Berg said.

Now the Democrats in charge are counting on the ignorance of Americans as a whole, and they are counting on the threat of violence should “the One” be forced off the Ballot. They are counting on the HUGE momentum of the Obama campaign and the MASSIVE amount of money they have made from sources both Domestic and Foreign.
The Democrats are counting on Corruption to win the day. Americans should be absolutely PISSED OFF.
As I understand it, and I could be wrong on this, Republicans started asking why they would need that particular clause IN there, clearly it didn’t apply to McCain and so it was forced out. They backed off rather than reveal why they needed it.

My daugter's attorney goes to court in black sneakers, a hat hanging out of his back pocket, no tie, a hair do like this crazy congressman they throw in jail!!
He looks like a bum, and very underestimated, but knows how to make an argument very calmly. He got my daughter $32K in back child support and he charged her 700 bucks, she gave him the double!!!

If this works, expect people in every jurisdiction in the nation to file suits challenging every aspect of both candidate's lives. Then what?
I have said this before, but it bears saying again. The GOP knows whether Obama is eligible or not. It wouldn't be hard for them to find a copy of his birth certificate if they wanted one.
So, you are left with the following possibilities:
1). The GOP knows Obama is not eligible, but have still chosen to throw money at McCain's campaign, to the tune of untold millions that could have gone to struggling Congressional and local races. Obama has a passport, and he has been on at least two committees that almost certainly require clearance and background checks.
But instead, they are just throwing all of that money away needlessly, possibly consigning their party members to a Democratic majority Congress and who-know-how-many Democrats elected locally nation-wide.
If they knew Obama was not eligible, the time to drop that bomb would have been just before people started casting early ballots. As you will notice, it didn't happen. People are voting now all over the nation, many of then for Obama.
(or)
2). The GOP knows Obama is a citizen (and therefore eligible) and have spent the money they way that have because it has made sense to try to fight the best fight possible against Barack Obama for the Presidency.
If #1 is true, the GOP is risking hundreds of races across the country for nothing. If anyone believes #1 to be true, they should ask themselves why they are voting Republican this or any other year.

Actually, if the Constitution fails, we then belong to Great Britain. So let’s ask Queen Elisabeth II to check out Obama’s qualifications. If he turns out to be a fake, she gets her country back!
The people who are voting now have long ago made up their minds. Those are NOT the people who are going to have their minds changed even if Obama suddenly sprouts horns and a tail. The People who matter are the ones that will not make a choice until just before the election. The swing voters. I am certain that both campaigns are taking that simple fact into account.

Adding a tidbit here:
I contacted the Department of Homeland Security to see if I could register our local party with the new eVerify system. That way, when a candidate wants to run for office, we can use that tool to vet them.
Guess what. DHS told me we can’t use that tool because the candidates don’t work for us. This wasn’t just a thrown out answer to me either. I went on hold, transfered, then transfered again. It wasn’t a football pass either. I ended up on a conference line with several people as they discussed this.
The end result was, our officials don’t work for us so we can’t vet them.
BUT, when you put a candidate up for ballot, the state ELECs all say a candidate comes to them vetted by the party running the candidate.
Something doesn’t work right here.
I listened to Michael Savage interviewing Philip Berg the other night.!
I continued to listening and after the interview a number of well informed callers chimed in saying that the Washington offices are cesspools of crack cocaine user and so is Nobama plus an incoming stream of million$ of Million$ dollar$ from a bunch of Islamic/Jihadists countries to Nobama's coffer in order to tilt the election (Coup de Etat)!!
These countries would be rewarded after the election as a done deal with the Muslims!!!
None of us has the right to have our vote count, in the sense that we've been given viable alternatives, yet choose to vote for say, Donald Duck.
If a candidate is scrubbed after the vote, the electors would be free to pick from among those eligible, therefore, establishing real harm is the most difficult part of a suit like this. Put another way, there's no right to have a party represented among the choices given to us. After they're charged to vote a certain way, like by their state laws regarding representing the will of the voters in their state, the electors might possibly gain standing after the election. Otherwise, it would be like they were being forced by state law to vote for... Donald Duck. We're into controlling legal authority territory in this one. On the one hand, Federal equal protection, but on the other, state's controlling their elections. Some state legislative bodies might wanna get busy....
Opposing candidates have no right to have an opponent either, so arguing that any of them have standing would also miss the mark.
I'm thinking there was talk about the DNC failing to have a proper roll call of its delegates.

The Constitution does have a mechanism to deal with this. It’s the House of Representatives that deals with the eligibility of a President-Elect.
The MSM? THAT had to fall first in order for this coup to work.

The MSM is not much more than a panopoly. That term was coined by Joseph Borkin during his investigations of I.G. Farben (WW2) because the aggregation of businesses were much larger than a monopoly or cartel. That is what our MSM has become. They resell prepackaged news from the A.P. and Reuters. Occasionally, they do a piece of their own.
But they will no longer vet a candidate or investigate their puppet masters.
