Kind of funny when “We the People” have no standing to demand that a candidate for the President of the United States actually meets the constitutional requirements to do so.

Way back when...
It is a State’s issue. It is up to the SOS to vet candidates that appear on the ballot(s).

That expresses my thoughts on it too. Since when do we not have a right to make sure a candidate is qualified to be president? I guess this judge is not only consulting European norms but mid evil ones at that, since he thinks we’re ignorant serfs.

This judge knows that if he shuts down Obama’s campaign at this point in the game, he’s going to wind up like a lot of former Klinton operatives: in a lonely country road ditch, dead in a one-car “accident”. They’re not above putting a bag of cocaine in the jockey box and some kiddie porn in the trunk to really screw his legacy. I’m scared to imagine what the psycho pro-Obamans are capable of.

The Constitution is too limit the government and only the government has standing to enforce the Constitution.
What would our Founders say and do to change this?

I wonder WHO does have standing in this case? If the voters and citizens don’t who does? Maybe Elisabeth II?
