Of course I know about all the internet gossip about Senator Obama’s birth. Many of you (thousands?) have written me saying he was not born in the USA ( a Constitutional requirement for President) …. the rumors are flying around the internet and overloading my inbox and is viral. It doesn’t stop! I have thought the emails a waste of keyboard time and have ignored them.
However, since the emails just won’t stop…and since it really is a topic that should be put to rest and can be done with such ease, I now think Senator Obama should release his birth certificate but I also think, to be fair, so should the other 3….yes, all 4.
So, let’s have it! All 4 need to release their birth certificates to prove each was born in the USA and thus constitutionally able to serve as President. Let’s insist that all 4 release birth certificates and put the matter to rest! (and yes, stop the emails to me!)
Until this is done, the rumors simply will not stop and rumors are not fair…it is not fair to Senator Obama and he also should not be blackmailed into producing the records…so, if all 4 must produce, that seems fair.
Let’s see them….and then let’s move on.

UPDATE. 3:17pm Friday
I'm on the road, confined to Blackberry, and just got word that the decision will likely NOT be today after all. First, I was told it would be on Thursday or Friday. Then, I was told yesterday that it would be at the end of yesterday or this morning. Now, I'm being told not to hold my breath.
Listen, it's understandable. No judge wants to be overturned, especially with something like this. Take heart in knowing that, personally, I think it would take longer to side with Berg than to dismiss him, but that's just a amateurish thought. Still, I AM dissapointed, but also am glad that I will be able to bring details to you in full, details I couldn't provide on Blackberry.

The other thing about McCain is that his mother is very much alive to confirm his birth. Obama’s mother is no longer alive so he can pretty much say what he wants.
I think I suggested here before the last debate that McCain should come with his Birth Certificate and find an opportunity to hold it up and demand tha Obama produce his own.

About an hour or so ago I heard on the news that Obama in Hawaii appeared very “somber” and this was reported while a camera was following him as he walked alone down the street, from my perspective his walk was of deep contemplation, he was troubled, he was walking like a person who just lost something close. I am not trying to picture it as something but it almost looked like he was a homeless person.

I too saw him walking somberly, but figured it was yet one more bullsh*t act of his to show all of Us that he is just “Broken hearted about the prospect of loosing TOOT, his dear Granny he couldn’t find time to be with jus a month ago while he was there on vacation. Also, why NOT be there for her Birthday Sunday with her Great Grandchildren and his Witch of a Wife! At the Al Smith dinner I notice that McCain made a pointed reference to Bill Clinton and Barack Obama’s qualification to be president “He is over 35 years of age and a US Citizen...” etc. I had a feeling that Obama was uncomfortable with the subject.
It goes without saying that Obama should deliver the vault, birth certificate forthwith. It is absurd and Orwellian that his team does not produce a basic document.
I also understand that McCaskill and Obama tried to include some language in a bill relating to McCain’s viability but the language was struck.
The whole question of this Berg suit is now on the fringe of the MSM. Limbaugh, numerous other talk show hosts and now Greta have raised it. I am certain your average undecided voter is puzzled about Obama’s stonewalling. Within a day or two, this will go mainstream. Perhaps a Clintonoid will indirectly raise the subject. If it is raised, and Obama stonewalls, he loses.
If, when presented with facts, there's doubt in the mind of a part of the electorate about this man's constitutional eligibility to serve if elected, then the only thing complelling their loyalty would be force. This could become a constitutional crisis. Even if the embarassment is of the father's name variety rather than citizenship, this betrays a breathtaking selfishness and arrogance on Obama's part, placing as he is his personal concerns ahead of the country.
