The Pennsylvania Democrat who has sued Sen. Barack Obama demanding he prove his American citizenship – and therefore qualifications to run for the office of president – has confirmed he has a recording of a telephone call from the senator's paternal grandmother confirming his birth in Kenya.
The issue of Obama's birthplace, which he states is Honolulu in 1961, has been raised enough times that his campaign website has posted an image purporting to be of his "Certification of Live Birth" from Hawaii.
But Philip J. Berg, a former deputy attorney general for Pennsylvania, told the Michael Savage talk radio program tonight that the document is forged, a publicized newspaper notice announcing Obama's birth in Honolulu could have been faked and he has a tape recording he will be releasing over the next few days.
"This has been a real sham he's pulled off for the last 20 months," Berg told Savage. "I'll release it [the tape] in a day or two, affidavits from her talking to a certain person. I heard the tape. She was speaking [to someone] here in the United States."
He said the telephone call was from Obama's paternal grandmother affirming she "was in the delivery room in Kenya when he was born Aug. 4, 1961."

If you are concern of foreign countries taking over our nation, you would benefit greatly to listen from start to end. It is scary for our future if the "stranger" ever get into the White House!!
Apparently hundreds of millions $$$ is floating to the campaign unaccounted for from Islamic countries who are not very friendly toward us!!!

In 2008 an audiotape is not going to cut it. Why is there not a timestamped videotape, with an affadavit by those present, of Granny and what she says about Barack Obama?
And tapes aside, where is the Kenyan birth certificate or the Mombassa hospital’s written birth record? Since Kenya was a British colony in 1961, is there a record in London of this birth?
Without paper, this is going to go nowhere.

What if Obama was born in Kenya but his father is really Frank Marshall Davis. That makes both parents American citizens. He would be good to go...
Just one problem with your “breaking news” mandate. Republican issues often don’t get to the major news outlets where many/most citizens get their news - quite troublesome for John McCain and those who are in his camp. I hope you will give it a try when it is available. There are legalities around putting these things in writing and making them available to the public.

It is my understanding that Berg was on the move well before Clinton threw in the towel. Lets also not forget that Obama pretty much bought Hillary out of the race by picking up her 10+mil campaign debt plus whatever appointment promises she wanted. I think BO offered her a win-win by getting out. IOW, if she got out and BO lost, she’s set up for 2012 and out of debt, if she got out and BO won, she becomes part of the cabinet or SCOTUS or whatever. I would also suggest that he also gave her an ultimatum... take the win win or we unload all the dirt we have on you. (And you KNOW he has it on her.)
This would explain to me why the Clintons were reluctant supporters and sat on whatever they had on BO. I also think that when it comes to political clout and Chicago style thugocracy politics, Obama’s background makes the Clinton political machine look like Mr Rogers neighborhood. I think he convinced her of this in that little private meeting they had and truly gained her political respect.
I think secretly she is thanking God for Berg right now... not responsible for him.
Having listened to Berg myself, I detect absolutely NO TRACE of a henchman. Believe it or not there actually are some honest democrats still out there who believe in defending the constitution. I Believe Berg when he says thats what he is really after. You will know I am right when he leaves the party.

Nationality of the parents doesn’t matter... where your born does. Also, changing nationality matters.
An American couple traveling overseas at time of birth disqualifies their child as a potential candidate for POTUS.
Changing nationality also disqualifies one for POTUS.
The press scares me almost as much as the O-bots and their socialist/Marxist idol.

The press is a bought tool. You need look no further than the president/CEO/owner of the particular network which is in the tank for Obama.

Nationality of both parents is an issue in determining citizenship status. From my understanding, when one parent is a foreign citizen, the 5 year/after 14 rule is required for the US citizen. If both parents were US citizens then the child is a US citizen no matter where they are born.
I understand this has nothing to do with the Indonesian adoption/citizenship.But if you can’t get attention about Obama being foreign born, it is going to be difficult to gain traction on dual citizenship issues.
To put it simply, I wish some journalist with an ounce of integrity would ask for official documentation as to what passport O used to go to Pakistan and if O was registered as a foreign student at Occidental. I find it very strange he had 2 Pakistani roomates. One I could understand, but to be at an American University and be an American freshman and be placed in a dorm room with 2 foreign students, I find a bit odd.

There is a difference between naturalized citizenship, and naturally born citizenship. You are speaking of naturalized citizenship which is the other front that BO fails at, even if he was born in Hawaii.
