The Pennsylvania Democrat who has sued Sen. Barack Obama demanding he prove his American citizenship – and therefore qualifications to run for the office of president – has confirmed he has a recording of a telephone call from the senator's paternal grandmother confirming his birth in Kenya.
The issue of Obama's birthplace, which he states is Honolulu in 1961, has been raised enough times that his campaign website has posted an image purporting to be of his "Certification of Live Birth" from Hawaii.
But Philip J. Berg, a former deputy attorney general for Pennsylvania, told the Michael Savage talk radio program tonight that the document is forged, a publicized newspaper notice announcing Obama's birth in Honolulu could have been faked and he has a tape recording he will be releasing over the next few days.
"This has been a real sham he's pulled off for the last 20 months," Berg told Savage. "I'll release it [the tape] in a day or two, affidavits from her talking to a certain person. I heard the tape. She was speaking [to someone] here in the United States."
He said the telephone call was from Obama's paternal grandmother affirming she "was in the delivery room in Kenya when he was born Aug. 4, 1961."

Not so. If proven that he is not a U.S. Citizen, then, he cannot hold the office of President of the United States. And.........
If it comes out before the election that Biden will actually take the office by default, the Obama supporters will be so demoralized and depressed, they won’t show up to vote.

I believe Obama was Not born in the US and therefore is not qualified to become President. He was probably born in Kenya. The birth announcement in the Honolulu newspaper was put in by his granparents to notify the mother’s friends of his birth.
A forged COLB can be made to say anything, including that Obama was born in Hawaii, even if he wasn’t. If these facts can be proved before he is sworn in, Obama might not become President. The President will probably be Biden. Or, if it comes out before the Electoral College votes, they could name McCain President.
In either case, there will be big trouble in the US, perhaps race war or civil war. That might be a reason for the powers to pass over this, to avoid those kind of troubles, even though they know Obama does not meet the Constitutional qualification for the Presidency.

You are right. As I have said time and time again, it will not matter. We are seeing a cult in action here. Even after Jim Jones was poisoning the followers they kept drinking the cool aid.
Until all but some guards were left. Most of 1000 or so folks watched as their friends were choking and gasping for breath and still drank the cool aid.
So they will do the same here. Even a video tape of the birth in Kenya, and dna from the afterbirth of obama will not disqualify him now.

The USSC did not say citizens have no standing but a political party has no standing. That is why the case was refiled by a citizen.
I hate to disagree with the two of you, but, if it is proven that B. Hussein is not a U.S. citizen, and thereby does not meet the Constitutional criteria to hold the office of President of the United States, people like us would not sit by and let him take the oath of office.

Standing in state court would depend upon each state’s laws. Since states do have ballot-access laws, a citizen might have standing to enforce those laws.
For example:

However, most of these laws are procedural and in no way impose an obligation on the SOS to independently verify that a major party candidate is qualified to be President.

What would have happened if a secretary of state somewhere refused to put anyone on the ballot without a birth certificate? Too late now, but would that have put the burden of proof on Barack Obama to demonstrate his eligibility?

Wasn’t there a huge media hubub about someone accessing Senator Obama’s passport records? What happened with that? Someone has the goods on this cat and their either using it against obama for a position OR waiting until after he’s elected to get the hugh payoff from one of the media outlets after he’s elected.
Truth will out. If someone has the goods it will come to light. Now would be better than later so we don’t have our military in the streets fighting citizens who have been whipped up by the race pimps and media non-journalists.

A favorite alternate version of this tale, for me, is that there really was a wolf who ran and hid when the villagers approached, and only when they got tired of responding to the call did the wolf come out and start snackin’. Told to me by a fireman who went on several alarms to the same address...all of which were false...except the last one.

Someone is lying. According to Obama's Kenyan (paternal) grandmother, as well as his half-brother and half-sister, Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya, not in Hawaii as the Democratic candidate for president claims. His grandmother bragged that her grandson is about to be President of the United States and is so proud because she was present DURING HIS BIRTH IN KENYA, in the delivery room. -This, according to several news sites and Pennsylvania attorney Philip J. Berg (see video below) who is, surprisingly, a life long democrat himself. Berg is the former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania, and he has an impressive background in his activities as a democrat, but his support for the party seemingly stops when it comes to his trust in Barack Hussein Obama.
