The Pennsylvania Democrat who has sued Sen. Barack Obama demanding he prove his American citizenship – and therefore qualifications to run for the office of president – has confirmed he has a recording of a telephone call from the senator's paternal grandmother confirming his birth in Kenya.
The issue of Obama's birthplace, which he states is Honolulu in 1961, has been raised enough times that his campaign website has posted an image purporting to be of his "Certification of Live Birth" from Hawaii.
But Philip J. Berg, a former deputy attorney general for Pennsylvania, told the Michael Savage talk radio program tonight that the document is forged, a publicized newspaper notice announcing Obama's birth in Honolulu could have been faked and he has a tape recording he will be releasing over the next few days.
"This has been a real sham he's pulled off for the last 20 months," Berg told Savage. "I'll release it [the tape] in a day or two, affidavits from her talking to a certain person. I heard the tape. She was speaking [to someone] here in the United States."
He said the telephone call was from Obama's paternal grandmother affirming she "was in the delivery room in Kenya when he was born Aug. 4, 1961."

Just out of curiosity what are the laws today for a U.S. citizen that has a child in another country.
Is there still a ten year residency requirement for either of the parents, 5 years of those has to be after the age of 14???
Wow, what next? Does he have to show a birth certificate? This would also mean he cannot be a Senator. Right? If this is really true what does his passport say? That surely wouldn’t be from Indonesia, would it? Maybe that’s why he hasn’t traveled overseas a lot...but he did travel to Iraq this past summer. HMMM do you think anything will happen while he is there? Is there a court hearing on this?

Exactly, I can make a tape saying whatever you want to believe and it will prove nothing. All these guys are con artists that string the gullible along by promising to release evidence "in a couple days". I can't believe after all this time, 12 days before the election folks are still waiting on magic tapes.
I can see no reason to stonewall....there is not a stain on a dress ...anything that happened involving Obamas birth will not be held against him ...what should be held against him is his attempt to hornswoggle (sp?) everyone

I don’t think that is what the SCOTUS ruled.
The language I believe they used was that the ***GOP*** did not have standing as opposed to a citizen filing suit in a state court or the US Attorney General prosecuting according to federal law.
It was a technicality.
The Ohio case has since been picked up by a citizen I believe who filed with the Ohio Supreme Court.

Who would have legal standing to force the release of his college records? Even if Obama were a legit and eligible citizen, evidence of fraud to obtain free schooling would be damning. What is this guy hiding? Why are the main stream media so uninterested? The press scares me almost as much as the O-bots and their socialist/Marxist idol.
Where are the Clinton’s these days? They have been really quiet.
I’ve read a lot of the stories and evidence and I think there is a better than even chance that he is not a citizen.
However, I have some doubt because I find it extremely odd that:
1. This is only being reported in WNN, a somewhat suspect source.
2. It will be released “soon.”
3. The evidence looks bad for Obama, but NO ONE is giving any definitive proof.
What are they waiting for???? More book sales? Release this, you ninnies! If you were serious, you wouldn’t be going for the big tease.
Also note: Even if the tape surfaces and it can be proven that it’s Granny talking, that probably isn’t enough for proof in a court of law. It’s one more bit of evidence, but she wasn’t under oath when making the call.
Why can’t we get the serial number on his birth certificate? If I understand correctly, that could be checked easily. Either it’s someone else’s number, or it’s a fake number, or it’s his and everything checks out, or it’s his, but the day is wrong and indicates that he wasn’t born there but was just registered there.
Also, can’t we look at a few other BC’s from Hawaii the year he was born and see if any of them say “African” on them? Why doesn’t anyone from Hawaii cough up a BC from that era that says “Negro” or to show us what designation was being used at that time?
My understanding is that Larry Sinclair is serving as the courier for the tape.
