Right—all these honor students, including one admittee to Stanford law school, were just so taken with Ohio and so unable to comprehened the “difficult” requirements, they goofed.
Pardon me for thinking they were caught red handed and decided to come clean to avoid criminal proceedings against them.
Lib kids got caught and didn’t feel like spending time in the Ohio pound-it-in-the-@ss prison.
“Lib kids got caught and didnt feel like spending time in the Ohio pound-it-in-the-@ss prison.”
-You got that right...why didn’t they just say “MY BAD!” and vote anyway. I am tired of this BS...we all know they are smart enough to know they had no Ohio status...they just think they’re smarter than everyone else and like Rhett Butler said to Scarlett, “Scarlett, you’re not sorry you stole. You’re just sorry you got caught!!”
Sounds like he found out that he could do jail time for a felony for this and that this is a major CYA speach probably wrote by an attorney for him. Isn’t it greatthat the little sh!t doesn’t get to vote because he wasn’t home in time to make sure he was registered? Poetic Justice!
Bull.
Speaking directly to the people of Ohio, our mistake was an honest one,
MORE BULL.
Ignorance of the law is no excuse. When we win lets nail these bastards to the wall in a federal pound you in the ass prison bent over a bench without shorts for a few years and a rosin bag next to them instead of a jar of vasoline.;

That's real nice, too bad it's a statutory offense and you will face prosecution.

mostly marshall scholars several of whom were at oxford. All smart enough to know their defense is ridiculous.
Let’s not. I find it incomprehensible that people would make fun of the notion of prisoners being subjected to rape and sadism. Really. Repulsive.
ORC 3503.01:
(A) Every citizen of the United States who is of the age of eighteen years or over and who has been a resident of the state thirty days immediately preceding the election at which the citizen offers to vote, is a resident of the county and precinct in which the citizen offers to vote, and has been registered to vote for thirty days, has the qualifications of an elector and may vote at all elections in the precinct in which the citizen resides.
Wow, that’s confusing. What do they mean by “resident” and “thirty days?” I just cant puzzle it out. Can someone help me out here?
they’re all thinking, “Guilty as Sin, Free as a Bird, It’s a Great Country”
as Obama’s “guy in the neighborhood” said...
Even an Oxford scholar can figure it out.Sorry. Too hard for my wee brain. LOL
Gee Officer, I didn’t know I was going 65 in a school zone!
Yeah, right. Let me get this straight. These are people who have been totally immersed in the process of voter registration for a long period of time (long enough to make them “feel” like residents), yet they are completely clueless about eligibility?
