Biden knows from Obama that he plans to reinstitute the DRAFT with both male and female (all) with a civilian side and military side. Obama said so in the Service Nation Presidential Forum @ Columbia, and IF THE Youth UNDERSTOOD THIS THEY WOULD NEVER VOTE FOR OBAMA. HERE is one of Obama’s statements about that, PAY ATTENTION TO LAST LINE, and the link for whole transcript is provided AT END:

IF THE POT SMOKING, PARTYING COLLEGE CROWD GOT THE WORD ON THIS, THERE WOULD BE NO VOTES FOR OBAMA.
