Tampa Bay are the “little guys”-they have had success without forcing teams like the Yankees and Red Sox to “spread the wealth” after all they only way Tampa Bay should succeed is if you take money from the “rich” (large market teams with huge tv contracts) and spread it to the “poor” (small market teams without huge tv contracts).
