it does appear obama is now in damage control mode since he just wrote a check to madeline albright to go out and state that Biden was right. See Drudge’s website
Those video of Powell pushing the hated Iraq war at the UN would not do him well with their base. They tout every belch of Obama, but Powell’s lead to the Iraq war combined with Biden’s comment would scare undecided that even Obama thinks Biden right and he need the protection of the man who helped lead the war in Iraq. Real backfire potential.
maybe Joe is a patriot who is trying to warn his country about something that he's discovered that scares the dickens out of him. Maybe he's rather return, safely, to his senate seat than experience the career ending “privilege” of being vice president to the scariest guy to ever be elected president.

Keep in mind that a little thing like the Constitution will not cause the Obamaniacs to give up so easily. They will fight to the end, come up with lame interpretations, irrelevant precidents, call it a technicality, and get 50 constitutional experts on TV to back them up. RATS will blame the chaos and blood in the streets on Republicans. The republicans will agree the RATS have a point, that both sides do these things, and apologize.

Why would anyone vote for OBAMA if it will entice a World crisis in which according to Joe the prognosticator very disturbing line

This requires much intense investigation and OBAMA must be made to answer this ascertion i.e., what is this means that Obama decides that it is no longer prudent for Americans to bear arms as it is a danger to the state? What if Obama decides not to pursue direct agression on Allies like Israel by Iran? What if Obama decides to send massive amounts of troops into the Grinder of Tora Bora meeting with extensive 10k plus casualties? What if Obama Nukes the Afghan Pakistan region? What if Obama decides to shut down all political opposition in the country? What if Obama implements Marshall Law?
This cannot be let to stand. Why in the world would anyone vote for a man that has assured us that the world will test him with crisis and that according to his surrogates the decisions he makes will not be seen as the correct decision?

Biden becoming President after Obama is ruled ineligible and nominating Hillary as VP is possible.
