Anyone know if the McCain camp has talked this up yet? Obama has constantly accused Republicans of “fear mongering”. Seems like McCain can make a good case of Obama not being able to answer that red phone at 3:00 am. It would make one heck of an ad.
This was a preemptive apology for how he and Obama will run with the power they might be awarded come this November.
Biden knowsthat most likely Israel will have to bomb Iran before Bush gets out of office. They have no trust or confidence in an Obama administration protecting them. What would the presidency of Obama do with something like that? Slash ties with israel or follow them in? No matter what it’ll raise eyebrows and fists in rage.
Maybe he’s talking about the government sticking its fingers even deeper into the pies of private business. With the control of every branch of government, the liberals will be taxing and redistributing Our wealth way beyond what they are already Promising to do… bringing us to Socialism.
In the not so distant past Biden has said Obama was just not ready to take on the job of Commander in Chief and what he said Sunday reinforces that the world, especially our enemies, agree with him.
Maybe he knows that our enemies will test us with new attacks. With a soft target, greenhorn, liberal president in the oval office, weak and wrong when it comes to our military… they would be fools not to try.

That was my fear when I first heard that 0bama was suspending his campaign to visit his ailing grandmother. I was afraid that McCain would also suspend his campaing in deference to 0bama’s grandma.

The quote in question was no gaffe. The man was dead serious and made points in depth. He was speaking from his heart and depth of experience.
He was intent on making a strong point. The bad guys are coming for President Obama early in 2009.
