Biden should be excommunicated. In that case he wouldn't be able to receive any of the sacraments, except perhaps the Sacrament of the Sick. (I have to check on that though, to be certain and get back to you.)

So...let me get this straight. Biden comes out publicly against some of the basic tenets of Catholicism, much the same as Pelosi did and he is still a Catholic? What the heck is up with that? Do or say whatever you want to, apparently everyone is a Catholic these days. Is a belief in Jesus still required? I guess I’m going to have to buy the latest version of the Bible to see if He is still in it.

In this case, the only way to oppose same-sex marriage in California is by constitutional ammendment, since the state supreme court overruled the democratic will of the people (expressed through a ballot initiative).

In this case, the only way to oppose same-sex marriage in California is by constitutional ammendment, since the state supreme court overruled the democratic will of the people (expressed through a ballot initiative). Yes, I totally understand that. However, and I know I'm in the minority here on this one (even though I am not for gay marriage), I do not like the idea of banning behaviors by a classification of person, in state or federal constitutions. It's definitely a tough issue though, and totally unacceptable for judges to interpret law and overturn the will of the people time and time again.
