What will it take for the media to start covering incidents like this? EXCLUSIVE: .22 Gunshot, paint balls fired at McCain / Palin Straight Talk Express.
(Sunday, October 19 - Filed by Mark Williams in Raton, New Mexico with the Stop Obama Tour) We learned at this morning’s Stop Obama Rally here that the McCain/Palin Straight Talk Express came through town yesterday. It arrived with a window shattered by a .22 caliber weapon. It had also been hit by an unknown number of paint balls from a paint ball gun or guns. There were reportedly no injuries and neither candidate was on board.
One local man who saw the damage and spoke with the McCain/Palin staffers said the attack(s) had occured in southern New Mexico that same day. The Express is traveling the country independent of the candidates, handing out campaign materials.
And I'm listening for the sound of a major news organization to mention this......just as I thought: not a peep.
If this had happened to one of the Messiah’s campaign buses it would be breaking news on ABCNBCCBSCNNMSNBCFOX. Hey...why isn’t the liberal press spreading the wealth of news out there?????
2nd hand or 3rd hand report. I wouldn’t put much stock in it. I’m sure if it were true, the SS would be looking into the matter.

The report is sourced to an unidentified man who talked with unidentified campaign workers on the bus.
This is a pretty big fib, if it is a fib.
The Raton Range, (local newspaper) had a photo of the bus and a quickie story that it was in town. No mention of paint spatters, let alone a bullet hold. Being from a small town, the local newspaper would have that in big letters emblazoned in red were it so.
Isn’t Roswell a pretty small town in a remote area?

The shouts of “Kill him” and “Hang him” never happened and were reported via 2nd hand and 3rd hand liars. The media ate those stories up.
This is nothing but BS Propaganda put out by the Democrats to FR and others to attempt to start a rumor so that they can discredit us. Dont bite on it. I can almost see Raton from where I AM, and if something had happened over there, I WOULD have heard about it, which I did not. Nothing on the radio either. Like I say, dont get suckered in on this.
