I teach in an inner city public high school in the 4th largest school district in the country. My kids are all rah-rah Obama but are utterly convinced that if he's elected Biden will be the Prez within months. I keep telling them that the Sercret Service has gotten a LOT better than they were in 1963, but it does no good. Now however, I'm thinking that McCain ought to be given even higher security than he normally would if he wins (PLEASE, GOD!) because the reverse backlash isn't going to be pretty. In fact, I have already notified my bosses to get a sub for me on Wed the 5th of Nov because I'm taking a personal day to give da 'Hood time to cool down some, be it rage or partying.

If it’s rage, then it will sadly be longer than one day.

The Rodney King riots lasted 6 days and I’m willing to bet that the resulting riots from zero losing will be longer and more wide spread making the race riots of the 60’s look small in comparison.
