It is rather easy to save such files, even when the page has no link to save...
- Use Flock or some other Netscape/Mozilla based browser.
- Open My Computer,Documents and Setting, local settings, application data, flock, browser (name), profiles, profile (name), cache
- Open the web page with the audio/video you desire
- Back on the cache window you should see a new file, if you are not sure refresh he cache list from ‘view’ and you will see the file size growing
- When the file is completely loaded (you can tell because the file size adjusts itself and stops growing) - right click on the file name and select open
- Choose any up to date media player from the program list - windows media player or media player classic work well
- The file will then play and you can ‘save as’ from the ‘file’ list
- Name and locate the file where you want it and choose (.flv) for the file extension.
- You now have the file saved locally and playable - it can be emailed or posted etc.
This sounds convoluted, but after you do it once or twice you will get the hang of it.

The key is using a browser that keeps a running cache, opening that folder, and capturing the file from the cache.
The file will not have a recognizable name or file type - but as the video/audio load you can recognize the cache file because it grows.
Many times the completed file will not remain in the cache more than a few seconds, so having the cache open as the file loads is key.
(.flv) is the extension for Acrobat Flash media files - and is the most common for this kind of embedment. Occasionally you will get a WMV or MPG - but FLV is by far the most common.
