Voter registration impropriety does not constitute actual vote fraud. Indeed, despite strenuous effort there is not documented evidence of anything but isolated and sporadic instances of voter fraud. See Lipton, In 5-year Effort, Scant Evidence of Voter Fraud, New York Times, April 12, 2007.
Right, Bobby, "Voter registration impropriety does not constitute actual vote fraud," provided that Mickey Mouse, Dick Tracy, Mary Poppins, Jive Turkey, and perhaps a million more registrants with less prominent names are purged from the rolls before Election Day.
Also, I think I will bring to the DOJ's attention the letter that Hillary Clinton's campaign counsel sent the Nevada Democratic Party with serious allegations that Obama's own campaign perpetrated actual voter intimidation. Yes, the DOJ should look into all aspects of this case.

LOL...tell that to the real voters. They have to be kidding. These guys are a joke.
A sneak peek at your new government.
Yeah Right!!!!
I do not know about the other states but in Florida Voter Registration Fraud is a FELONY!!!!!
http://election.dos.state.fl.us/voter-registration/voter-reg.shtml
Below is the oath on the voter registration form
Oath: I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will protect and defend the
Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Florida, that
I am qualified to register as an elector under the Constitution and laws of the State of Florida, and that all information provided in this application is true.
Below is the penalty for signing an untrue voter registration form
If the information on the application is not true, the applicant can be convicted of a felony of the third degree and fined up to $5,000 and/or imprisoned for up to 5 years.
The truth: subjective in Obama’s world. :)
Kind of like being sort of pregnant - or not.
Oh, now who’s being naive, Bob?
This is the exact same case the huckster made last night while interviewing his pal al sharpton.
It’s voter fraud no matter how you dress the pig.
“Voter registration impropriety does not constitute actual vote fraud.”
That’s like saying snatching a live baby from the womb isn’t murder. Just because Obama advisors and “pro abortion” fans use euphemisims, does not alter the truth. Improperly registering people to vote IS VOTER FRAUD...snatching a baby from its womb before it is born is MURDER!
In Pa. it’s considered Perjury. Up to 7 years. AND,,,, ACORN is responsible for the people making up these fake registrations. ACORN pays these people. Does ACORN get any tax money???? That’s aiding and abetting fraud on the American people!
Voter registration impropriety does not constitute IS A FAILED ATTEMPT AT actual vote fraud.
Indeed! And I suppose if the police do a raid on a motel room and find the occupants in possession of hundreds of false IDs, passports, credit cards and PINs it’s not a crime unless they actually USE these items!
Looks like maybe it still depends on the meaning of “is.”
There needs to be a RICO investigation against the dems and ACORN.

Not yet anyway! Even though Ohio has to have equal numbers of poll workers of each party, when I was asked in my old neighborhood if I wanted to work the polls by the local councilperson I was told that they needed a republican but if I was willing all I had to do was change my registration. I was already republican but that really struck me about how in the inner city that the republicans sitting there are only faux republicans and how easy it would be for them to vote anyone’s vote who didn’t show up at 7:30 after the polls close.
They have buckets of nerve. I’ll give them that.
I would call them corrupt. Of course it is fraud. MSNBC has crossed the line into the bizarre and illogical with blaming those opposed to voter fraud and rationalizing the behavior of those committing it.
Draft articles of impeachment, Jennifer Brunner, Ohio Secretary of State.
