Republican Congresswoman Michelle Bachmann (Minn.) accused Barack Obama Friday of holding anti-American sentiments.
I'm very concerned that he may have anti-American views, Bachmann said on MSNBCs Hardball. That's what the American people are concerned about. Thats why they want to know what his answers are.
In his book, Barack Obama had pointed to Jeremiah Wright as one of his mentors and also Father Pfleger as one of his mentors. Two of the three mentors are Father Pfleger and Jeremiah Wright. Now, these are very strange, anti-American mentors, Bachmann continued.
Barack Obama has been associating with anti-Americans, by and large -- the people who are radical leftists. That's the real question about Barack Obama.
Bachmann said that Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palins assertion that Obama has been palling around with terrorists was a fair comment.
The Minnesota Republican also insisted that several members of Congress have an anti-American nature though declined to name any.
She kicked his ass. He did not look happy and she was as chipper as a songbird.
I just watched the short clip—but I was surprised Matthews let her go with her talking points. He had a look of consternation, but he didn’t really challenge her.
she’s awesome.....Bachman 2012!
lol.. manning up with smart, good looking REAL women, lol..

“women-ing” up??? -:)
You keep that up, I might have to reconsider my take on you.
I thought he kind of pinned her on identifying her disloyal fellow congressmen. She looked happy to be off. We'll see how well this line of attack works.
LOL- Can you imagine Palin/Bachmann???-—Parker and Noonan would melt...and we could have their brooms. -:)
she did good about the 3 mentors anti-american comeback.
matthews failed are trying to bait her into his little traps/leading questions.
I didn’t think so. She wasn’t stupid enough to name names. Instead, she called for a media expose on the congress. In other words, not backing down, but not rattling off names either. She knows the palce is filled with anti-American marxists and crooks.
Michelle is one of us. And one of the precious few, along with Duncan Hunter that calls a spade a spade.
She highly respected here in the 6th District of MN, and respected in Congress. She is a former federal tax attorney. Mom of 5, and foster mom of 23.
rofl. i didn’t even it was you i replied to.
Put me on the list and count me in. can’t think of anything better to spend my money on.
know*
I can name some socialists in congress that are anti-americian. McDermott, Waters, elenor of DC, JJ JR.,. Look at the progressive caucus in the HOUSE and they are all there!!!
bump
The GOP men need to wear the pants and speak up!
Both have friends who bombed the Pentagon.
We cannot elect this terrorist as president!
Too late, but for what its worth, Michelle’s answer to Chris should have been:
“To the extent that the Federal Govt. can take the earnings you worked for and give it tp someone else that isn’t working, that’s anti American. And politicians, Democrat or Republican, who want to take the money you worked for and give it to some one else, they’re anti-American.
“If nothing else, the American dream is to prosper and to retain the fruits of your labor. When a politician votes for the Fed to come into your home and steal money out of your wallet to give to others, that’s anti-American.
“Let those who create the wealth decide on their own how the charity is to be distibuted.
“The Progressive era, introduced by Woodrow Wilson, turned that idea on its head by insisting that the Feds had a better idea on how to spend your money.
“When you hear ‘Progressive’, just think ‘Socialist’, for that is what it is”
I think they should just hone in on the “redistribute the wealth” and the position that in a botched abortion the living baby has “no consitutional right” to life- I think does 2 points are sufficently “anti-American” where they are way out of the mainstream. Those 2 issues are winners.
If they keep on going, the media is just going to corner them into “McCarthyism.” (sp)
