To be filed under “suspicions confirmed,†patently partisan-for-Obama supporter Democrat Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer “I-never-met-an-ACORN-worker-I-didn’t-like†Brunner has stomped her feet and decided that she should not be required to do her job; that of protecting Ohio voters from election fraud. She has also decided that she will elicit help from the US Supreme Court in upholding her desire.

Welll she is in contempt of court since we have not heard of any stays being issued.
She gave up a judgeship to run for Secretary of State so she cannot claim ignorance of the law (although she is obviously ignorant).
She is doing what Obama and Gov. Strickland are telling her to do. Disgusting.
I’ll be waiting for legal intervention of some type. This is enough to cause the honest citizens of Ohio to escalate the consequences if something isn’t done. It amounts to the disenfranchisement of honest voters.

It is going to the Supreme Court - but since they are not in session it goes to one Justice who is "on call."
I read on Free Republic on another thread that the Justice is Stevens - so she and the Marxists criminals will get away with this - laughing all the way.
After Obama stacks the Supreme Court, with the help of the communist controlled Congress, Leftist Lunatics like Jennifer Brunner will be able to conduct their Bolshevik antics with complete impunity.
Conservatives will be subject to constant investigation and never win another Supreme Court case.
