I dont’ know. This story is buried deep- seems to me it should be a screaming headline on every conservative news outlet!

She was ordered to act by Friday (today). Is she in compliance with the court order?

It is going to the Supreme Court - but since they are not in session it goes to one Justice who is "on call."

I read on Free Republic on another thread that the Justice is Stevens - so she and the Marxists criminals will get away with this - laughing all the way.
