Folks, a couple different citizens have now filed to join Berg's federal lawsuit challenging Obama's presidential eligibility.
Question: Would it be helpful for dozens/hundreds of citizens to file to join Berg's lawsuit? Can it be turned into a class action? Is it possible?
My thinking is that such a move might generate and urgency, and MIGHT even force the MSM to cover it if enough citizens become involved.
Thoughts?

If I were skilled in the legal arena, I already would have filed a motion to include myself.
You could file a lawsuit in a state that doesn't already have one pending. I don't know precisely how you would go about getting a timely hearing and ruling, however.
I thought there was a process by which Congress had to certify the candidate by checking up on these details? Or is this what George Washington meant by “BEWARE OF FOREIGN INFLUENCE>>>>>”
The new Congress will have to “certify” the results of the Electors votes..............
I want this issue to go away. McCain is going to win this a lot more easily than it looks right now. He is going to end up with 55% of the vote. He might even win Minnesota. Joe the Plumber turned the tide for McCain this is the water cooler story today. Senator Government is over.
I also heard that Obama is a Space Alien. He doesn’t deserve to run for president because he’s not of this world.
We should file papers to get a blood sample and MRI. Who’s with me! We can’t stand for it! MMmmm this Kool-Aid is tasty, anyone want some?
Not a practising attorney, however, am somewhat confident if Berg thought a class action was a more effective approach he would have arranged it.
To do so now might just muddy the waters, overburden the process.
Think a suit in each state would be more effective.
O likely wishes to stall the process and produce document(s) at the last moment. He would hope to be in office by the time the documents were convincely demonstrated to be false.
I don’t know if this is a class action lawsuit.
It should be... but I’m no lawyer.
Here is Berg explaining the lawsuit.

If Obama is disqualified after the
election, Pelosi will take office.
Eeeeeewwwwwwwuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!
I read a blogger stating that in Texas, when Obama filed it was done by the Texas Democratic Chair (party head) and that Obama the candidate had to swear that he was a citizen. This is where a fraud charge, if untrue would come in.
The reference below tells how an ineligible candidate is handled by the Texas SOS. Basically he takes the party’s word on it and unless he has public documentation in his hand saying otherwise he cannot do anything.
You might Google your states’ election codes and see what states may not be doing their job.

“If Obama is disqualified after the

I don’t think so. She is also named in that suit. I would think impeachment proceeding would be started right away. Same applies to Reid, also named.
OK this is the scenario- Obama stays in the race and loses.
After the fact it is discovered he was ineligible.
Too late for Hillary to get in, and shuts up his supporters who are gouging their eyes out seeing McPalin on TV after Obama’s loss.
I agree. This does not warrant a class action suit. Totally different animal.
“...I would think impeachment proceeding would be started right away.”
One would hope.
Not at all confident if he has the Sen and H/Reps.
In our lifetime we have seen a president lie to each of us and then lie under oath and screw a young woman out of her day in court. And walk.
But then Obama has to pay back the 425 million.
Who runs the Congress? Thanks to Lieberman.
Any Texas attorneys reading this who’d be willing to help draft and file the docs? I’d gladly pay the filing fees, etc.
