Americans Are About To Make a Mistake
As someone born in Ecuador with friends and relatives in Latin America, Im terrified watching how people in the United States are being manipulated just like people in Cuba, Venezuela, Bolivia and Ecuador to put a Marxist in power.
The similarities between Rafael Correas campaign for president of Ecuador and that of Obama for U.S. president are amazing. Correa had no experience but was young, charismatic and had good speaking skills. Correas slogans were the same as Obamas: CHANGE, YES WE CAN, etc.
Informed Ecuadorians were not able to convince their clueless compatriots that Correa was a fake and not the young and wonderful savior the media was portraying. They could not compete in ads with the millions Correa had (mostly from unknown sources).
Once he took over, Correa dissolved Congress and took control of the legislative and judicial powers. In other words, he became a dictator. Ecuadorians are poorer than ever. The CHANGE has been toward Marxism and greater poverty for all.
Its now obvious that Correa works with Chávez and terrorists AGAINST Ecuadorians and the United States.
Most informed Ecuadorians, when they realized the similarities between Correa and Obama, felt confident that Americans could not be fooled as Ecuadorians had. However, it seems many Americans are as clueless as the poorest and most ignorant people in Ecuador or Bolivia.
I hope its not too late and Americans realize that Obama is a Marxist with ties to Islamic terrorists, just like Castro, Chávez, Morales, Correa and Odinga.
Having learned recently about Odingas campaign strategies from Jerome Corsi, I see that those strategies are almost identical not only to those of Obama, but also to the strategies of Chávez in Venezuela, Morales in Bolivia and Correa in Ecuador. Chávez, Morales and Correa are now dictators who are imposing socialismo del siglo XXI (Marxism) in their countries and are working with Islamic terrorists (Iran) against their people and against the U.S.
Here are Odingas campaign strategies, which youll see are also Obamas:
The class issue - elevate the emotions within all youth
.be willing to vote for us in the protest. The media - Since 2005, the Orange team has maintained intimate contacts across all media. victory in the media war could very well mean victory at the polls. Viral emails
Corruption - Branding the opponent as irredeemably corrupt will provide diversionary slavos (Note diversionary tactic)
The age issue - Our core supporters are essentially young people
billboards and leaflets ridiculing the old people Raila with young people - the promise of a buoyant future (Note ridiculing old people. This blog wrote about this when the Obama camp ridiculed Mccain in the video about emails.)
Ethnic Tensions/Violence as a last resort - To discourage voter participation in hostile areas. Use ODM agents on the ground to engineer ethnic tensions in target areas. (Note threat of race riots in this country)
We need to defend our future and the future of our children from a Marxist who is trying to take over through a strategy of lies, manipulation, intimidation and fraud. As you can see, fraud (through ACORN) is happening.
A lot of this problem is disgust with the administration of GWB. GWB defeated McPain in the 2000 primaries and is poised to deafeat him once again indirectly in 2008. GWB squandered away his opportunities.
The trouble with South America and the American people is that they don’t know what “South America” is.
The American military are a professional corps and will obey whoever is the CIC. Just as the German military feel in line behind Hitler. They may have political opinions but they keep those to themselves. Besides the fact that Carter, Powell and the retired general who ran for president on the Dim line tells me that the military may well have been infiltrated as every other institution in the country. Gramsci has been a good guide for the American left. The Borg are about to take over.
Complacency, ignorant belief in the superiority and insubversibility of the American political system, fanatical devotion to the dumbed down two party system, MSM, add it all up, and be surprised it hadn’t happened sooner. Walter Duranty and Alger Hiss, are dancing charleston in their graves! There are haters, marxists, wannabe dictators in the U.S. Congress and in every state legislature, why not in the White House. By now it’s no big deal.

So what can we do about the hold that the Marxist/socialist elites have on the public schools in this country? It seems they’ve already done a pretty good job of brainwashing kids, even before they’ve fully gotten into power. I am determined that if McCain wins and our country gets another chance, I want to do something, not just breathe a huge sigh of relief and go on my way as I did when Republicans came back into power.
I feel I’m doing what I should for my own children, (My kids go to a two day a week classical Christian school and are homeschooled the other days), so I am thankful they are learning to think, but how can we help the rest of the kids in America? The reality is, only a small percentage will ever be homeschooled. Charter schools and vouchers would be great, but so far it doesn’t seem we’ve been able to break the monopoly of the education bureaucracy in any discernible way. Any ideas?
I feel I'm doing what I should for my own children, (My kids go to a two day a week classical Christian school and are home-schooled the other days), and I am thankful they are learning to think, but how can we help the rest of the kids in America? The reality is, only a small percentage will ever be home-schooled or go to a private school. Charter schools and vouchers would be great, but so far it doesn't seem we've been able to break the monopoly of the education bureaucracy in any discernible way. We have got to take back the educational establishment, from public schools to state universities. Otherwise even if McCain wins and we get a temporary reprieve, we will go through this death struggle in every election cycle from now on!
Not if that smoke manifests as Pride, selfishness, envy, etc. Such a darkness is self inflicted and impervious to reason, and like a cancer, it spreads throughout the population slowly, determinately, and finally, mortally.
If it doesn't happen this election cycle, then you can count on it happening in the not too distant future.
This is what happens when God is purged from the affairs of men.

Surely you must realize that there are more than two parties that vie for political position in this country. If however you mean that we should move toward a system where dozens of political parties are equally dominant, then just make sure you're prepared for a president that's put into office with as little as 7-12 percent of the voting population, because it could very easily happen...
bump!
“How many Americans will own firearms once Obama confiscates them.”
The only way they can confiscate them is if people let them. It’s a good thing the American colonists weren’t defeatists like the hand wringers on this site these days. If they thought like this, we would have never gained our independence. If the doom and gloom “gulag” scenario I have been reading about so much from so many in the last few weeks here does start to take shape, you have some soul searching to do. Either learn to live with it or defend the US Constitution from these treasonous bastards.
“The American military are a professional corps and will obey whoever is the CIC.”
The American military is indeed a professional corps and takes an oath to defend the the Constitution of the United States of America. Further, they are under no obligations to obey any unlawful orders, including unlawful orders from the CIC. Since the US Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land...I don’t think we’ll have to worry about them. Congress will be hard pressed to get a majority in order to alter the Constitution. It’s a can of worms those spineless weasels wouldn’t want to open.
This is a great thread about a book from 1938 that fits so much of today.

Here’s an excerpt dealing with FDR’s dictatorship style:
Such is the form of the American government. The idea was that it should be a government of law, not a government of men.
In the special session called by the President to launch the New Deal the Congress for the first time was under the spell of executive leadership and embraced the leadership principle. It did not write the New Deal laws. It received them from the White House, went through the motions of passing them, engrossed them, and sent them back to the President. That was called the rubber stamp Congress. So long as it was content to keep that role everything was lovely. In the book On Our Way the President wrote: “In the early hours of June sixteenth, the Congress adjourned. I am happy once more to pay tribute to the members of the Senate and House of Representatives of both parties who so generously and loyally co-operated with me in the solution of our joint problems.”
Loyalty of the law-making power to the executive power was one of the dangers the political fathers foretold.
....... In the next regular session of Congress the spell began to break, and ever since, with increasing anxiety, it has been running after the power and prestige it surrendered. But the minute it began to do that all the New Deal’s power of propaganda was turned against it, in derision, belittlement, and defamation; and in every struggle over principle it was adroitly maneuvered into the position of seeming to stand against the people for wrong reasons, on mere pretense of principle. The attack upon Congress was designed both to undermine the parliamentary principle and to circumscribe the political rights of people.
....... Over a large part of the world today democracy has been long dead. Political processes which once assured the common man some degree of genuine participation in the decisions of his government have been superseded by a form of rule which we know as the totalitarian state. The essence of totalitarianism is the destruction of the parliamentary or legislative branch of government. The issue simply stated is whether the Congress of the United States shall be the reality or the relic of American democracy.”
No one can have forgotten the bitterness of the struggle over the New Deal’s attempt to pack the Supreme Court after it had killed the Blue Eagle. Nor can anyone who saw it forget the spectacle of C.I.O. strikers, massed in Cadillac Square, Detroit, intoning with groans the slogan prepared by New Deal propagandists: “Nine old men. Nine old men.” That was collaboration.
At this point the President suffered his first serious defeat. The Congress would not pass his court-packing law. It did not dare to EBB it. Public opinion was too much aroused. Nevertheless, it was possible two years later for the President to boast that he had won. Vacancies on the bench caused by death and retirement enabled him to fill it up with justices who were New-Deal minded, and so at last he did capture the judicial power.
Thanks. I’ll definitely read through it :)
Its a bit of a read- and in an older style that is difficult at times (but not as bad as those Ayers excerpts!).
What bothers me is the slippery slope that we are already on. The booklet discusses a lot of the bank crisis, takeovers by the gov’t as the only solution, etc. All stuff that we see today, and agreed to by Dems and Reupublicans alike. (”Well, its not perfect - but we have to do SOMETHING..”)
It is a good read..fascinating. I tend to believe that it started before the New deal era. That was their first opportunity to seize on a financial crisis that was caused by the same racketeers that caused the present mess. Things were put in motion starting in 1913 with the creation of the Federal Reserve bank. They now had their own “crisis making mechanism” at which they could come in and “save us” with ever more and more regulation and power being usurped from the people. They are doing it again now and I can’t believe how dumb people are. Were lettting the killers in to work with the patient :)
I am prepared, are you prepared for President 0bama put in the office with as little as <5% of the population (Berkeley, Cambridge, etc) while pretending to be a mainstream guy? I think that is the gist of the matter. McCain wasn't the choice of a majority of Pubbies (or the majority here) and neither was W our candidate here at FR back when. In the end, politicians are forced to play the game the 0bama is now playing, and the voters force themselves to vote for the choice of perhaps 7-12 percent. My opinion.
Interesting perspective, thanks for posting this.
I'm not sure how you reason that any candidate, let alone Obama, can be elected with less than five percent of the vote, given the dynamics of our current system. Maybe we're just talking past each other. My only point is that I think it would be a terrible mistake to adopt the dynamics of a European system, or something similar. There's nothing wrong with our system which favors two dominant parties. In fact, I prefer it. That's just my opinion mind you....
