Elections usually come down to concrete and simple choices.

He’s already cast his lot with Joe the Plumber. Even if all of us can’t fully get behind McCain, we can all get behind the guy McCain obviously admires.

Senator Government seemed to look a lot like Senator Kerry. More big government. Obama could have avoided that tag by addressing it better and directly refuting it, he failed to do so.

Those first two debates were structured artificially and badly. I don't think either of them did well in those formats. This is the first time they actually faced each other mano a mano, and McCain (and Joe the Plumber) clearly ruled.

America has no need for "Senator Government." We have had enough of him already.

Obamabi screwed himself when he said that there were many government programmes that were underfunded. Not a bright thing to say when most people agree that government p*sses away a lot of money.

I wish McCain would have asked this question. Sen Obama, You say you want to cut taxes for 95% of taxpayers. Can you tell me who it was that raised taxes to its present level that a tax cut would be necessary?

I just heard on FNC that someone in the press had called Joe and asked him what he thinks. He said he still believes Obama’s plan will hurt him but he wasn’t saying who he’s voting for. My guess is he’s a union plumber and they are usually lock step with Democrats and he’s afraid to play his card in public.
