Rush Limbaugh inteviewed Sarah Palin Tuesday for about 10 minutes in the 1:30 half hour. On the media front, Limbaugh noted that unlike the media, "you are the one that is holding Barack Obama to account." He said that the New York Times and the Los Angeles Times both praised how Palin is "the most dynamic and forceful" speaker of all four candidates, but they claimed her forcefulness is "driving away moderates. This is an attempt to get you to shut up."

Palin replied: "Well, yeah, they do want me to sit down and shut up. But that’s not going to happen. I care too much about this great country."

Palin also forcefully called on Obama to rein in ACORN and their "unconscionable" attempts at voter fraud. She said of the media, "There's too much ignorance, too much ignoring of his associations in the past." Limbaugh said if it weren't for the media, Obama "wouldn't be at 30 percent in the polls."

Palin aggressively went after Obama-Biden on taxes, suggesting there's a choice between a ticket to "create jobs" with tax cuts and restraining government growth, or a ticket that would "kill jobs" with tax hikes. She pressed on Obama to declare at what point, the economy is too weak to withstand his tax hike plans.

She also said her ticket was pro-growth, pro-life and pro-winning the war with the strongest military in the world, "or we could go in the complete opposite direction."

Rush asked if she was thinking about her political future after this race, and she said no, she's completely focused on November 4.

It’s pretty gutsy to defy the liberal, msm priesthood.

Did he ask her why Obama increased his lead in the polls after she accuused him of being a terrorist sympathizer?

Why it is hers and McCain’s negatives that are going up, and Obama’s positives are going up?

Is this some kind of holy mission where you are supposed to lay down your life in some losing cause?

I only wish McCain would let her go.

She could be on TV every night.

And this is why I love Sarah Palin.

It’s already gutsy, and dangerous, to defy the Cult of 0bama.

How many incidents have we heard of this week? a dozen?

“Did he ask her why Obama increased his lead in the polls after she accuused him of being a terrorist sympathizer?

...that’s easy. The polls are cooked and the MSM will not report the truth. Anything else?

Correlation does not equal coordination. The poll differential happened to come about during the crash last week, and you'll notice it is tightening back now. I doubt many who haven't decided, and thus would swing, would have seen many of these accusations, they aren't played out on the MSM unless they show the one or two plants in the crowd.

Really, every single poll out there, including WSJ and Fox are cooked.

Maybe you have trouble dealing with reality.

Sometimes I think that Palin has better brass ones than some of the so called ‘male’ Repbulicans here. Many of my species run and cower at ever hint of bad news, the new castrati have infected even the Right.

So it would seem. She has been a damn good soldier for John McCain and he owes her a debt of gratitude, win or lose. I think she has a bright political future after this, but I worry whether she will be irreparably damaged for a run at the White House. Maybe she should have taken on Ted Stevens this year and bided her time until 2012 or 2016. Woulda coulda shoulda.

One thing's for sure, the media predictions that she will go home to Alaska and disappear if they lose are FAR off the mark. I think the center of gravity for the Republican Party will shift about 2000 miles to the northwest. There's a solid 40% of the country that are just wild about her.

If you believe the polls then you’re going to be snookered.

They lie.
