After days of watching in silence, McCain calms the crowd at his Minnesota town meeting.
I want everyone to be respectful. And lets make sure we are, because thats the way politics is done in America.
Tells one supporter who says hes scared of an Obama presidency: I have to tell you, he is a decent person, a person that you do not have to be scared [of] as president of the United States.
After a woman calls Obama an Arab, McCain interrupts to say: No, maam. He is a decent family man, citizen

The main thing to remember is that MCCAIN WAS GETTING NO MOVEMENT IN THE POLLS BY HAMMERING AYRES
_________________
He’s getting no movement because he snoozed his way thru this campaign and waited too late to try to fight back.
The only way to win to expose Obama- name names.

McCain needs to give us a reason to vote for him NOW!
He'll get us all killed! Do it for moi. I swore I'd leave NY if Barry Hussein became President and I really don't want to leave my city. Do it for Sarah! She'll become the First Woman President! Do it for the troops! Mac can be a jerk but he'd never, ever do anything to harm our military. Need more reasons?

“Stay home and help Obama.
Just dont go show up here pretending how much of a macho conservative you are for doing so.”
You are being very short-sighted if you believe not voting for McCain is about helping Obama. It is about salvaging the America we once were. If it is to be salvaged, if there is any hope for it at all, enough people will be so disillusioned with the democratic party after an Obama Presidency that they won’t be in power for decades to come. So many people are already so disillusioned with the Republican party, myself included, that McCain will be more of a detriment to it than Pres. Bush and the other RINOs have been.

Nope...all McCain had to say is that he fears what his liberal spending would do to our economy.
He fears what his “set a timeline” attitude for Iraq would do for the WOT.
There was an answer...he just chose to give Obama a big ole kiss instead.

Some here do not understand...McCain did exactly what you said. These hateful liars on the left have used the IRS, and now the FBI (see sheriff in Florida) to shut up LEGETIMATE issues, yet they lie about Sarah and other conservatives..say she should have aborted her kid, and yet WE are the bad guys. I think the message to us is clear..."Suck it up and take it, b*tches."
He threw us under the bus, then had the bus back over us.

I’m sorry...
“McCain took the ballot out of our hands today, and tore it up.”
What exactly are you planning on doing then? Either staying home, voting for Obama or voting for Bob Barr (Obama by Proxy).
So clue us in. I am waiting......
To: VanDeKoik
And this isn’t YOUR FORUM TO SHUT ME UP EITHER.
I’m not interested in hearing your McCain cheerleading.
To: Txsleuth
Thank you!
I forgot to put in the “/s” in my comments.
I also buy in to all that you said in this thread!

You sound a lot like the very people that we don’t want to win the election.
Who do you think you are telling a poster that they don’t have “the right” to post their take on something, just because YOU don’t agree with it??
To: se_ohio_young_conservative
Their attacks on Sarah worked. Her favorables are now below 50%. People call her stupid. They painted her out to be a shallow nutcase. AND they got in her head and messed with her confidence.
So I guess that's why they had to move her Virginia rally to a bigger stadium for Monday? And the debate where she was stunning? Who cares about record ratings!

I want everyone to be respectful. And lets make sure we are, because thats the way politics is done in America. Lets have respect, be polite, wear our best cloths, put on a smile, lets avoid unpleasant, uncomfortable subjects..
That's worked out real good for everybody...
Next up, the complete collapse of the American system...But hey, we were polite!!

No, you are throwing yourself under the bus.
And the only bus I’ve seen running over people in this election is the Great One’s.
Looks like he got you too.

I'm staying upbeat!!!That makes two of us! I finally took my gloves off at some of the comments I saw on here. Sen McCain cannot agree with those remarks in any way, shape or form and I cannot believe the people that don't understand how careful he has to be. He cannot give in to a question that attacks the character of Obama no matter what he personally thinks.

The two parties have been one for some time. The battle between them is just a football game to keep us cheering and buying 700 billion dollar hotdogs while they toss our liberty back and forth. ..oh I like that one...
