The watch dogs will let their guard down, the media will become interested in his background with no conservatives to bash(especially if he doesn’t give them the access they expect for being his campaign media outlet), etc., etc. Some information will slip out.
That suit is a joke. Berg is one of those nutcases who thinks Bush was behind 9/11. His suit against Obama has already become a kook magnet for a couple of other well-known vexatious litigants who have moved to intervene.

Reflecting on the overall history of Obama’s campaign style, confrontational attitude, disrespect for American values I can’t help but think perhaps the term “Gangbanger” would be appropriate following the word “Communist” in your statement.
