Tape Discovered of Obama Listening to Rev. Wright Sermon (October Suprise???)

Okay...I use the word "discovered" a bit loosely--the way one might "discover" a Big Mac at McDonald's. But now that I have your attention, the point is that most voters don't have a clue that Obama writes in his memoir that the very first time he attended Trinity United Church, he heard Rev. Wright rant that "white folks' greed runs a world in need."

As you may recall, Obama said, following Rev. Wright's infamous press club appearance in April, that "The person I saw yesterday was not the person that I met 20 years ago." The racist Rev. Wright quote included in Dreams from My Father contradicts this statement. While some bloggers and opinion journalists were quick to draw attention to this passage in Dreams from My Father shortly after the Wright story broke in March, this quote was never reported on NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, or PBS, according to Nexis.

I bring attention to this fact because McCain and Palin are saying that Obama's statements about his relationship with Bill Ayers call into question Obama's judgment and truthfulness. While Obama has misrepresented his relationship with Ayers and never told the whole truth about that relationship (when did Obama learn that Ayers was an unrepentant domestic terrorist, and what did he say to Ayers about it?), I don't expect a smoking gun to emerge proving that Obama is lying about Ayers. We're never going to find a picture of Obama reading a newspaper story about Ayers's terrorism.

Oh please, he barely won the nomination and for the only reason that there were not enough delegates left for Hillary Clinton to win in the last 15 primaries after Jeremiah Wright came to the scene. In the last 15 primaries Clinton was crushing him by 35 points among White people. If the Wright story came in mid-February it would be a certainty that Hillary Clinton would be the democrat nominee.

On April 30, 2007, The New York Times said that Senator Obama listened to Rev. Wright's tapes.

Obama brought Wright's tapes to Harvard so he could listen to them.

Services at Trinity were a weekly master class in how to move an audience.

When Mr. Obama arrived at Harvard Law School later that year, where he fortified himself with recordings of Mr. Wright’s sermons, he was delivering stirring speeches as a student leader in the classic oratorical style of the black church.

I don't have any idea what 'the MSM wants me to believe' because I do not listen to them. Do you really believe that your average man on the street in Baltimore, Atlanta, Memphis, Houston or Miami is watching You Tube? That video is not going to change enough votes to matter. It will be seen as a desperate attempt to discredit Obama by any means necessary.

The subject of this thread is some expected (?) proof that Obama listened to a sermon that he claims he didn't. I said that it would not make a bit of difference, and I stand by that statement.
