The Obama camp has leased space for their Greenville, SC headquarters right next door to the Republican campaign headquarters. But were they honest about the transaction? Read about it here. greenvilleonline.com

The Republican office needs to bring in a massive kick-a$$ stereo system and blare conservative talk radio all day and night. Point the speakers at the adjoining wall and keep their front door open.

But be sure to have a security guard and a video camera running at all times. Otherwise, the Obamaniacs will break in and steal or destroy things.

My goodness. I just read the comments to that article on the newspaper site. Are those people insane?

Unfortunately, the demographics of SC is changing, especially in the upstate. With the new international businesses locating in the area comes an influx of people with "international" ideas and ideals. I hate to see it, but the Greenville area of SC is becoming more and more like Asheville, NC...

I think they could get a photo op if the media even show up to cover the Democrats!

Did you see the spectacle at Furman when Bush spoke? I agree. A bunch of wingnuts moving in. International and folks from Blue states. Its not getting any better. But Obama doesn’t have a chance in hell here.

Columbia and Charleston and the lower state he will do quite well though.

Yet...if this election is already lost with the masses of Obama-bots and world leaders all lined up to work with The One...why bother? Why bother with the massive fraud? Why - because they know come election day Obama was going to lose. There are an awful lot of people who are going to cast their ballots “silently” against the Marxist Muslim.

I wasn't at the Furman event, but I read about it. It continues to amaze me the way the upstate is changing. Some of the comments and "Letters to the Editor" that are in the Greenville news wouldn't have been thought of here 25 years ago. They certainly would not have been published in a paper.

I agree, Obama will not win here...this time. But I'm afraid it won't be too many more years before someone with his views will carry the state.

Did you see that North Carolina and Virginia are in play for Obama? The South-land is changing fast and not for the good!

Illegal immigrants, Yankees (no offense to non-union conservative yankees), and liberal propaganda. I think I’m moving to Alaska and joining the Alaska Independence Party.

I lived in Provo while I was growing up. You are correct, there is one token Democrat in the neighborhoods. I visited my parents the other night, and the one token democrat lives 2 doors down. :)

Not one dem in federal or state-wide office in the entire state.

Actually there are several Dems in office in Idaho... http://www.legislature.idaho.gov/senate/committees.cfm

I suppose there are Dems/Libs in SC and I bet if there are, they are in Greenville. Greenville is unlike any other area of the state...lots of foreigners! :) Most people I know who live here, are not from here. They are from Ohio and France and Pakistan and Germany and New York...all kinds of foreign places. :)
Seriously, there are more people who live here, that are not from here then any place I have lived. They are very conservative here but they are also very metropolitan here due to the large number or people here from overseas due to Michelin NA headquarters, BMW America, etc. I work up in NC and actually saw a McCain bumper sticker for the first time this week! Now that is a blue state if there ever was one! I saw the Obama headquarters going up in Hendersonville. A few very young white kids were cleaning up an old building and painting Obama on the windows and the sign was already up as his headquarters there. When I say young I mean they had to take these kids out of school to paint type young! 11, maybe 13 year olds working on this place! Anyway, Greenville is a great place to live despite libs living here and this weekend is the biggest fall festival in downtown and that is exactly where Obama has set up shop. This festival draws hundreds of thousands of people...I may have to head over to the new place and see what obama has done with it.

Last time I checked McCain was up almost 20-points here. I stand a better chance replacing Biden as Obama’s running mate than SC flipping to “blue”

Move the Republican office. The owner could find another space for them.....if available. I wouldn’t let them get away with it.

No!! Kick Obambi's office out. The GOP's Victory2008 had a legal lease with with the mall owner stating no other political organizations would be allowed in the mall. Obambi's people lied, saying it was a Real Estate company. That's breach of contract. KICK THEM OUT!!

Your idea is great but it would probably be tied up in court until after the election.

“Some of the comments and “Letters to the Editor” that are in the Greenville news wouldn’t have been thought of here 25 years ago.”

If I recall correctly, the Greenville News is owned by the new york times, and it reads like it. This cat box liner has a boney affirmitive action female cadaver on the editorial board who scrawls stupid liberal invective the locals use as drain cleaner. The rag has a circulation of about 50,000 in a county with 750,000 souls. Talk about winning hearts and minds of the locals...yeh, right.

Greenville County is in desperate need of a conservative broadsheet.

Chic, Skirt!, New Life Journal, Link and Upstate Parent are all written for addled liberal females and their purse swinging metrosexual poodles. I honestly don’t know how that conservative area can support such a number of pukey, liberal broadsheets.

I was surprised by the complete lack of conservative print media in Up State.

I think you people are asleep at your post.

Actually The Greenville News is owned by Gannett
which owns newspapers in over 30 states. Several of these are in Michigan.

As I said in my previous post, the politics of the upstate, especially Greenville, is changing along with the demographics. Hopefully it will be a long time before it becomes as liberal as other cities, ie. Detroit. :)

The Dems have a better chance having it snow in July then having Obama win in Greenville County ( or the Upstate for that matter ). They are just pissing in the wind.

I was in Greenville yesterday and saw my first Obama bumper sticker. It was some older white guy driving one of those sissy Elements.

I haven't seen any Obama signs in Oconee County even with all the transplanted yankees that live here.

I guess we're just a bunch of bitter clingers......................

Actually, Idaho is the reddest state. Not one dem in federal or state-wide office in the entire state.

Be careful posting that kind of information. Us bitter clingers will be moving out there in droves.
