The son of a prominent Democratic Tennessee state lawmaker was indicted Tuesday on charges of hacking into the Yahoo! Web mail account of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin.
David C. Kernell, 20, of Knoxville, was indicted by a federal grand jury on a single count of accessing Palin's e-mail without permission. The FBI said Kernell turned himself in to federal authorities and will be arraigned today.

Someone should tell Greta Van Sustern that this little punk was looking for political dirt on Sarah Palin. On her show last night, she said that there was no politics involved and that he was just a kid who was “too smart.” She is the pits.
Ewww - and he's not a minor. I heard felony, possible $500,000 fine and 5 years behind bars.
Greta is just one more reason why FOX IS UNWATCHABLE!!! TOO MANY LEFTIES.
I’d bet the farm the kids attorneys shop for a sympathetic judge and gets off with no conviction or serves probation.
He deserves a serious ass whoopin at the very least and some real jail time in all seriousness.

I believe he’ll eventually receive a slap on the wrist. However if he had been the son of a GOP representative, and had hacked into Barney Franks emails highlighting Frank’s affair with a fanniemae executive while Frank was serving on the House Banking Committee charged with overseeing the activities of the Fannie, the perp would have had the book thrown at him.
Lesson here: don’t hack into a FannieOphile.
This is the way suburban Democrats raise their children:
1. Watch the kid like a hawk his entire childhood so he doesn’t get hurt.
2. Convince the kid that all Republicans and conservatives are evil racists.
3. Keep the kid away from evil guns.
4. Teach the kid to worship diversity.
5. Punish the kid when he gets caught doing something wrong.
6. Teach them to play safe sports like “soccer”.
When the kid grows up he puts it all together and realizes that he can do anything he wants to suppress the “evil” gun-loving, racist conservatives as long as he does not get hurt or caught.
Greta is not a leftist.
She is smart and sometimes she makes a mistake
and misjudges the situation.
If you watch her enough,
you’ll see that she is always soft on “white collar” crime.
She’s more passionate about physically violent crimes.
How is this different from the Watergate burglary?
If soccer is safe you're not trying hard enough.
Suburban Dem soccer moms ignore the dangers of soccer except to demand more protective equipment. Many of their boys would never be allowed to participate in “brute” sports such as football, wrestling, boxing and hockey.
In other words, they steer their boys away from activities that expose them to “manly men”.
One mom explained to me why she would never allow her son to play football (although he wanted to, desperately): She didn’t want him to be involved in activities that would “pigeon hole” him (as a male). She said he could do any activity open to boys and girls (like art and soccer), but that she did not want him around groups that “celebrate testosterone”.
From what I understand the Alaska Attorny General can go after him too.
Some people have problems. Of course it could be that her local soccer coach is a sissy boy, leading her to that impression.
Is that the same one who is going after her for troopergate?

The cops ought to sweat this guy till he fesses up as to who put him up to this. If he doesn’t fess up, throw his AZZ in jail for 5 years, and fine him the max. I guarantee there is a connection back to the Obama campaign.
